Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Alessandras Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist absolut privat und hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Auch im Garten ist man völlig für sich. Ein echter, sehr qualitativer Rückzugsort.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Azzurra's place was one of the best, if not the very best, AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The flat is great and the grounds are absolutely stunning. Best of all, though, it is located within a short drive of some of the most stunning spots in Italy, with plenty of variety for those that want it (beach, vineyards, old towns, etc.) On top of all this, Azzurra was super responsive and attended to our every need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A small highlight are Oliver and Duccio, their two dogs, who often joined us for breakfast and lunch in the garden.

Abbiamo soggiornato per sei giorni, l’appartamento è spazioso e molto funzionale. Un bellissimo e comodissimo spazio per mangiare all’aria aperta davanti a casa. Tutti i servizi indicati sono disponibili e funzionanti. Posto tranquillo, vista spettacolare a pochi passi dal mare. Consigliato anche per i ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Amazing stay here. The host is extremely kind and helpful. He provided local recommendations and was very quick to address any sort of concerns or questions. The home was very nice and as described. The only small disappointment was the backyard was completely overgrown with grass and weeds (and not as pictured). Other than that, a perfect stay and would definitely stay here again. Being steps away from the water was amazing, especially for sunsets. About a 20-25 min walk to st florent and a quick 5 min walk to an amazing bakery and small market. Thanks for a great stay. Will hopefully be back one day!

Very friendly and responsive host, without being intrusive. The property looks exactly like the photos, and the location is absolutely stunning. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal (it was Easter), it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. We’d love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with a beautiful setting and an amazing heated pool. Thank you, Laurence!

Selten passen Beschreibung und Realität so ausgezeichnet zusammen bzw. übertrifft die Realität sogar noch die Erwartungen. Alles an dieser Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön. Aurélie und Valère sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber bei denen wir uns uneingeschränkt wohl gefühlt haben.

Appartamento spazioso, con terrazza fantastica e vista meravigliosa, in zona molto tranquilla, vicino a bellissime spiagge e a 10m a piedi dal centro.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: superschöne Wohnung mit sehr schönem eingewachsenen Freisitz und Zaun aussen rum. Unser Hund war willkommen; abends und nachts gabs reichlich Glühwürmchen und Nachtigallen. Unkomplizierte, immer erreichbare und sehr nette Vermieterin Cornelia. Städtchen Capoliveri fussläufig gut erreichbar, wir hatten stets das beste Wetter der gesamten Insel. Es gibt tolle Wandermöglichkeiten die vom Häuschen aus gestartet werden können. (Ostküste), Schöne kleine Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die letzten Meter Anfahrtsweg zur Unterkunft waren mit unserem Allroad-Audi gut machbar. wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

La casa è molto carina, curata nell’arredo ed è molto bello lo spazio esterno. Victoria è disponibilissima. L’unico aspetto meno positivo è la posizione, in quanto la casa si trova sulla strada provinciale, quindi sono poco agevoli ingresso ed uscita e rimane un pochino rumorosa. Nonostante questo ritornerei assolutamente, perché sull’altro piatto della bilancia ci sono tanti aspetti positivi.

Der gesamte Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, Chris hat wirklich Stil und hat offensichtlich Freude für ihre Gäste eine perfekte Unterkunft zu bieten. Der Pool für nur 2 Appartements ist wirklich einzigartig, extrem sauber und aus hochwertigem Material hergestellt. Das besondere daran ist, dass sich das Wasser tagsüber bis fast 30 Grad erwärmt und auch am Abend noch immer 25-26 Grad aufweist und das Anfang Juni. 15 min. Fußweg zum Sandstrand Lido, die Städte Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, und Porto Azzuro sind in weniger als 20 min. erreichbar, alles in Allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, 100 Prozent Empfehlung.

L’appartamento è molto grazioso e accogliente. Perfetto per una vacanza di coppia. Inoltre è ben fornito di tutto ciò che potrebbe servire in una vacanza. La posizione è stupenda, un quartiere carinissimo. Leggo in altre recensioni che è un po’ rumoroso, personalmente non ho riscontrato eccessivamente il problema…classici rumori di una casa che da su un passagio di auto e persone…ma nulla di fastidioso. L'appartamento di Lorena è molto carino e super organizzato. È molto attenta a gli ospiti e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi e il paese. Super consigliato

Wunderbare Lage in einem lebhaften Dorf, das nicht nur touristisch ist. Traumhafte riesige Terrasse mit Sicht aufs Meer. Schöner Kiesel- und Felsstrand ganz nah. Einziger Makel: die Terrassenmöblierung wäre zu erneuern. Stühle und Bank fallen auseinander, ein Liegestuhl-Stoff zerriss. Der Sonnenschirm ist auch kaputt und zerfetzt. Auch die Wohnungstürschlösser funktionieren nicht alle.

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per due settimane. Maria Grazia è gentilissima e ci ha accolti facendoci sentire a casa da subito e rispondonendo subito quando abbiamo avuto qualche richiesta. Dal giardino la vista è fenomenale e la posizione è comoda (in 15 minuti di auto si raggiungono porto azzurro e il lido di Capoliveri, in 20 il Golfo di Lacona). In un paio di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Capoliveri che la sera è sempre piacevolmente animato. Raccomandatissimo!

Wir hatten aufgrund des schlechten Wetters spontan eine Ferienwohnung gebucht. Paola hat sehr schnell geantwortet und alles lief sehr unkompliziert. Super Lage, um Porto Azzuro zu erkunden. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung, so dass man auch mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden kann. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Ambiente arredato e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, pulizia impeccabile e posizione ottima. Super consigliato! Flavia è stata disponibile, gentile e più che competente nel farci sentire accolti e darci indicazioni su itinerari e cose da fare nei dintorni. Torneremo!!!

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Am Besten gefallen hat uns, dass das Meer nur einen kleinen Katzensprung entfernt war. Dass Nisportino am Ende einer langen kurvenreichen Strasse liegt, hat den grossen Vorteil, dass sich auch in der Hauptsaison nicht so viele Touristen hier hin verirren. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Wanderweg oberhalb der Küste. Cristiano und Sonia sind tolle hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die immer erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen und eine Terrasse, diese grenzt direkt an die Terrasse der Nachbarwohnung, aber das hat uns, dank angenehmer Nachbarn, nicht gestört. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, ein wenig mehr Geschirr oder Küchenutensilien würden das ganze abrunden. Wenn man daran denkt, dass man Spüli, Lappen, Geschirrtücher, Seife, Shampoo, Handtücher und Bettwäsche (1,80breite Laken für die Doppelbetten) selbst mitbringt, kann man einen super Urlaub dort verbringen.

Situato in una via strategica a 50 passi dal centro storico di Capoliveri ma silenziosa e con una vista dal terrazzino mozzafiato. L’appartamento è studiato in ogni dettaglio, arredato in modo unico, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. All’interno si trova tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (lavatrice, utensili, ghiaccioli, frizzer, ombrellone) Bellissima accoglienza, l’esperienza di Galileo suscita stupore e curiosità per l’attenzione nei dettagli, si percepisce l’amore e la passione degli host. Il vero must sono i padroni di casa Christian e Alessandro, ci hanno supportato in tutto il soggiorno e hanno risposto immediatamente alle nostre domande, consigliandoci spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da non perdere. Due persone speciali che nel giorno del compleanno della nostra bimba si sono presentati con un dono inaspettato. Galileo con il suo assistente di viaggio (ipad) risponde a tutte le esigenze e domande dei viaggiatori. Un posto unico nel suo genere sicuramente ci torneremo.
