The Studio has been rebuilt! The project was done thinking about making it new, cute and functional. It is close to the center of Lagoa, very green, swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue (with fee) , game room, mini market, access to Lagoa and kayak and bike loan Ideal for tour/work. Very quiet, strategically well located on the Island with easy access to the beaches. Fast and stable internet. Your pet will be welcome (the condominium charges R$50. Central area of the best neighborhood in Florianópolis, but quiet and safe location because it is inside a condominium and close to shops, and you can do everything on foot. 1.5 km from Campeche beach served by a bike path to the beach, easy exit to the other beaches in the south of the island and airport. Lots of green area around where you can hear the birds singing! ECOFRIENDLY
