There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

I had a quick stay at Anita’s property. The room was perfect for what I needed: a good night’s sleep in a quiet comfortable bed. The house was quiet and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and toiletries. The house was warm and cozy. I’ve stayed twice at Anita’s blue room for quick overnight stays while traveling and have 100% satisfied.

Bree is a very awesome host. She is very proactive and respond to any requests/situation. The home is very clean. I will recommend this place to anyone coming around.

A compact bathroom features a white sink with chrome fixtures positioned against gray walls. Light tiles create a clean appearance, while a mirror hangs above the sink. An open door leads to a neighboring room, with glimpses of hardwood flooring visible.

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, roomy, wonderful shower with great water pressure. Everything we needed and so much more intimate than a hotel room. The neighborhood was so pretty and peaceful! Edward did a great job remodeling it, and what a comfortable bed!!!! The kitchen was well appointed with everything that was needed. He always responded quickly with any questions I had. We visit Boardman/ Youngstown often, unless someone else is staying there we will always choose Edward’s place. Thank you for making our trip so very pleasant with your Air B&B!

RENT. HIS. PLACES. You will not be disappointed, from the amenities to the cleanliness to the location, everything was absolutely perfect in the place and I will be going back and renting more. The pricing is also really great and it was small yet spacious and spectacular, truly a treat staying at his place!!!

Martha is warm hearted. She is very nice. She treated me as best friend. Not only she prepared the lovely, tidy and clean rooms for me, but also she prepared some food and drinks for me. We talked a lot and finally she gave me her two CDs. There are two things I think can be improved. One is I think a heater can be prepared in the room, I feel more sensitive to cold so if a heater can be prepared it will be better. Another thing is the WiFi is a little weak. But overall, I would fully recommend this housing

We only stayed one night but had such a lovely time. Her dogs were the sweetest and made us feel right at home. The bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing . . . wish we could’ve stayed longer.
