Our family had a wonderful stay at the house. The kitchen was so well stocked, best I’ve seen at a rental house. The location is beautiful, views of the river from the house are amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Additionally, the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

Mike and his wife place is beautiful. the picture on the web site doesn't do it justice. if you want a place that is peaceful, relaxing, and only a few miles from town this is it. the house has everything you would have in your home. don't worry if you forget a tooth brush, soap, deodorant, etc. because they have it all. I am from Kennett, and just needed a nostalgic refresher of my roots, and boy did this hidden treasure pay off. I had a weeklong stay of peace and quiet, and a lovely revisiting of that rejuvenating flatland: a trip across an ocean of memory. Carolyn, and her trusty canine cohorts, Enoch and Chuck, provided me with a list of eateries, that were utterly delightful. She also answered within minutes, to any question I had.
