The house has 3 bedrooms, a large internal bathroom and an external bathroom, spacious kitchen, barbecue and space for 3 cars. The house is comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful and peaceful. It is the ideal place to gather family and friends in Balneário. Bed linen, pillows and extra mattresses are provided (for up to 12 people), but we DO NOT offer, blankets, bath towels and face for guests.

Very quiet and family-friendly street. Great option to enjoy family vacations. The pool gets sun all day long, which makes the water warm in the late afternoon. It has an excellent party area with a poolside barbecue and beer tap.
