E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

Si trova sul mare ad una distanza di 50metri dalla spiaggia libera e spiaggia attrezzata; inoltre l’appartamento si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni ed autobus e partenza traghetti, in zona residenziale. Appartamento finemente ristrutturato con materiali di pregio e completato nel luglio 2020.

The apartment, bright and full sea view, is located on a quiet narrow road. Near the apartment there is the via Aurelia and you may hear some noises. We live in the same house at the groundfloor.
