Fantastic apartment! Very spacious with all the amenities you need for a home away from home. Great location close to a shopping mall with a big supermarket. Lots of excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Easy to get into Funchal on the regular local buses for only 2 Euros, a stop right outside the apartment. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Great sea views from the apartment and lovely to fall asleep to sound of the waves on the rocks. Very relaxing stay and would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again sometime in the future

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment . It has lovely views and a super bus service to Funchal round the corner. Other buses to Funchal at bottom of the hill. This is also a very well equipped apartment. The host was always available for help and many leaflets and timetables were left for you to browse through. There is a lift and stairs to the floor we were on .w We really enjoyed living in this very comfortable and clean apartment..

loved our stay in this apartment in Funchal, it was in a great location, just round the corner from the street with the painted doors with lots of restaurants to chose from. we loved sitting on the large balcony watching the cable cars. The apartment is just like the photos, clean and modern. we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Mannys place is a fantastic find. Manny was the best host I’ve ever come across, extremely responsive, kindly let us drop our bags before check in time as we had an early flight arrival, he even left some local delicacies for us. The place itself is in a fantastic location, right in the centre so you can walk everywhere yet it was still quiet and peaceful. If we visit Madeira again we’ll definitely return. Really liked staying at Little paradise, not far from center yet quite. A lot of stores around and great restaurants. Also promenade along the sea quite close. Ricardo was really friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Jason and Monica’s apartment! The location was perfect as it was walkable to shops/restaurants and very safe. Everything in the apartment was spotless and we had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. They were also super friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall was a great Airbnb and would 100% book again if ever in the area!

We stayed at Marco’s apartment with our 1-year-old baby and spent three wonderful weeks there. The accommodation is located in the sunniest part of the island. From the 4th floor, there’s a stunning view of the ocean from both terraces where you can watch the sunset too. The living room is bathed in sunlight all day and overlooks a peaceful park above the plaza. In my opinion, the apartment is even cozier than it appears in the photos and is fully equipped with everything you might need. We cooked and did laundry quite a lot during our stay. There are several restaurants, a hair salon, and a toy shop in the same building as the apartment. Across the street, there’s a greengrocer, and just a few steps away is a shopping mall. The playground is located in park just a block away from the apartment, and at the beginning of the street, there’s a traditional bakery filled with local delicacies. Communication with Marco was very smooth, he’s truly a wonderful host!

We spent a week with Patricia and felt right at home. The apartment is well connected and you can quickly reach all kinds of sights. You can also find great restaurants and bars on foot. Communication with Patricia was wonderful. She responds super quickly and gave us many helpful tips. I would book your apartment again at any time. ☺️

The apartment is large, with direct views of the sea, large and extremely practical kitchen. The decor is Portuguese with wooden furniture, the beds are comfortable, the two bathrooms very clean and sparkling clean. The location is excellent, the fruits and drinks to welcome us were very friendly. The highlight for the kids was the huge fridge with an ice maker! Highly recommended!

Isabel is a super sweet hostess. She is very helpful. Apartment is also very nice, 2 clean bedrooms , bathroom is fine, very nice. It's nice that the apartment has a private parking space. You have to be careful when driving inside because you have to go up a little bit, but all of Madeira is hilly 😂

The apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed. Location was perfect meaning we could explore the city easily on foot. The roof terrace was a lovely addition to the apartment and allowed us to have some well needed chill time after busy days exploring. Our hosts were very helpful. Check in was really easy and we were given a guided tour of the apartment and terrace on arrival. Their welcome pack had lots of great recommendations that we used as well. My daughter had a fall in the apartment during our stay and accidentally broke a lamp. When I told the hosts they were so understanding and it was sorted really easily and with no stress. I really appreciated this so thank you again for your kindness.

Leonel is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and in the quiet area. It was hard to leave, especially the SPA and swimming pool :( Big parking space, highly recommended!

We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

Betty is the top host! She welcomed us with open arms. Very fast to respond, friendly and helpful! We were able to check out in the afternoon and enjoyed our last lunch at home before leaving for the airport. The view of the mountains is breathtaking at day and night time. The apartment is absolutely huge. It was our 3rd visit to Madeira with our elderly mum. She got beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Betty also got an armchair for mum so she could relax on the balcony. We had such a comfortable and great stay! highly recommended!

It was a very nice apartment with a lovely terass and outside kitchen facilities. We were out and about during these days and didn't get to use the BBQ or the jacuzzi, and would recommend to stay here longer than two nights to make use of it all. To be clear, it is part of a family house but you barley notice them living next doors. An easy parking spot is included as well.

The apartment was just amazing ,we had 6 adults staying in the apartment and it was so spacious ,3 large bedrooms ,2 with en-suites and another bathroom located right next to the 3rd bedroom,location was great ,with a lovely sea view from the balcony and close to restaurants and a large supermarket. The apartment had everything we needed. including a washing machine and tumble dryer. My son made use of the gym and we enjoyed using the pool. Jordão and Claudia were easy to contact and responded immediately, gave us clear instructions for checking in and checking out . We used the Bolt app to get taxis to travel around which we found excellent and reasonably priced. There is a parking garage under the apartments where you can park a car if you choose to do a rental car . although we didn’t have a car ,we found walking through the parking garage a great way to avoid the steep hill. we will definitely hire the apartment again when visiting the beautiful maderia island . Brilliant hosts
