Highly recommended!👍 We instantly fell in love with The Grayhouse Inn! 😍 The place is beautifully designed, spacious and kid-friendly—perfect for a big family or a barkada staycation. Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. We’re definitely hoping to return soon, God willing! Thank you! 🥰☺️

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. The Airbnb was what I expected it to be and the neighbourhood's location was good, it had karenderyas and other convenient stores around which made it all the more appealing.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Getting there was easy and the surrounding was peaceful and nice. The place is beautiful and everything you may need were provided. I loved the bath and body works scented candles, it was generous of them to provide these. Definitely a great place to stay and will be back soon! Overall, our stay has been great! Place - clean ,fragrant, patio is spacious Kitchen - with stove, fridge, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls, and utensils Dining Area - indoor dining suitable for 6 pax, long table is provided in patio. Water dispenser available Bedroom - extra pillows, blankets and matresses were provided. With black out curtains and AC was cold. CR- Clean and with BIDET, outdoor shower also available. Only downside is no water heater Entertainment- wifi, netflix and videoke available Parking- street parking for 1 car only, you may also park at the playground Host - responsive with inquiries, Kuya Richard assisted us in finding a beach resort after our stay in the unit. Place suitable for friends and family with 8 pax. Will come back on our next stay!

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Far listing lovely property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the greenbelt, landmark, glorietta. I loved being able to explore the area easily and found some fantastic local restaurants thanks to Far recommendations. Far was a fantastic host! They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the welcome basket, Like enjoying a sunset view, relaxing in a cozy nook, or having a great meal at a nearby restaurant]. It truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Overall, good experience. Nagkasya kami sa unit and we succesfully did what we came there to do, to RUN A MARATHON. 🔥♥️ Ate was so responsive and answers all questions diligently. Although, there were some mishaps due to a little miscommunications, she was very proactive to help. For future renters, highly recommended!! But please ensure na malinaw kayo kay ate sa kung anong need nyo sa unit so she can adjust accordingly ❤️ She will make sure to give what you need, so just tell her all of it 👌

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

Convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Fernando. If you're an avid golfer and ready to play...sleep well and early morning play in the nearby golf courses beverly and pradera or to Clark. it's summer now very hot it's really advisable to play early in the morning 🙂

Beautiful place, looks exactly like the photos upon entering. Sherry Ann was an accommodating and very responsive host. Would stay again!

All of our family (Adults and young kids) enjoyed the stay. We stayed during Holy Week so most restaurants were closed. Luckily, Sam (host in the front desk) recommended to just buy from the downstairs Kmart which was also good value. We will come back, there are lots of things to do in Clark. The 2 BR is a good option for bigger families. Pool was refreshing as it is summer in the Philippines.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Mary Jane’s a wonderful host and her place is super cozy and convenient. Definitely recommended!
