Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. We’re definitely hoping to return soon, God willing! Thank you! 🥰☺️

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. The place is very spacious especially the bathroom/toilet. The place is a bit far but it is usualy the same with all other airbnbs because of how Pampanga’s landscape. I’d say you really need a ride when you stay in Pampanga airbnbs but the subdivision that this airbnb is in has most stores for necessities. Check in was a breeze and they provided accruate information. The price is not justified BECAUSE I THINK THEY SHOULD CHARGE MORE because of how nice the place is :). But I’m not complaining 😏 Good parking area, good water and airconditioning. Beds are very clean. Complete amenities. Will book again if I visit Pampanga. ✨✨

We all slept peacefully after driving around Pampanga visiting churches. Thank you for providing the free ensaymada and coffee. We also appreciate being able to get essentials in the stock room. We'll definitely consider booking here when we visit Pampanga again.

Overall, our stay has been great! Place - clean ,fragrant, patio is spacious Kitchen - with stove, fridge, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls, and utensils Dining Area - indoor dining suitable for 6 pax, long table is provided in patio. Water dispenser available Bedroom - extra pillows, blankets and matresses were provided. With black out curtains and AC was cold. CR- Clean and with BIDET, outdoor shower also available. Only downside is no water heater Entertainment- wifi, netflix and videoke available Parking- street parking for 1 car only, you may also park at the playground Host - responsive with inquiries, Kuya Richard assisted us in finding a beach resort after our stay in the unit. Place suitable for friends and family with 8 pax. Will come back on our next stay!

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The place is surprisingly very good for it's price! I've booked many bnb's in the past but this is easily the place that tops all of them in terms of convenience. The supermarket is literally 10 steps away from the entrance of the residence and everything is indoors! No need to step outside to get what you need, including very nice restos and coffee shops! The pool is very nice as well! Ample indoor parking with 24 hour security as well (cheap too!). The place is very clean and cozy with a very nice bed that is better than most serviced hotels I've checked in to. I highly recommend this property for a small group or family! Very nice and hassle free!

This was the fastest booking I have ever experienced in Airbnb. The host was able to confirm our booking immediately. This is a great place for travelers who only wishes to leave their belongings, sleep, eat, and explore. Bunk bed with cabinet, dining table, kitchen, and towel for each guests are provided which gives relaxation to 4 guests.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
