Usually when I travel, I miss my own stuff—but everything here was better than what I have at home. The bed and pillows were honestly the best I’ve ever slept on, and the shower was amazing. Great coffee setup too. The hosts were super kind and down to earth, and the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay again.

This is the perfect place to stay for those visiting Fort Collins, especially in the CSU/Old Town vicinity. Everything is within easy walking distance including grocery stores. But the space! . . so cute, so well- stocked, so thoughtfully provided! We loved it! Fred and Carol are great hosts.

After a day of travel getting to Loveland I was warmly greeted by Rachel, she gave great recommendations on things to do in town and was happy to answer any questions I had. The apartment is tucked away off the road and cozy and quiet. The location is great for either walking or driving. Plenty of restaurants, stores and a wonderful Riverwalk within a couple miles. I'll definitely be back!

We didn’t spend much time at the Carriage House, we primarily used it for sleeping because we had relatives in town. When we were at the Carriage House for a leisurely moment we were comfortable and didn’t feel restrained. We notice an interesting selection of books to read and plenty of board games. We would stay again.

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

This was the perfect place to stay. We only needed a short stay in Loveland. The room was very well designed- great kitchen! And so close to downtown, and all amenities. Very clean, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

We were in town to visit CSU with our daughter. We stayed here and it was perfect for us and walking distance for almost everything! Tim was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay again especially if she chooses CSU!

It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. We were in town for a girls trip and Kerri’s place was ideal - spacious, uber comfortable, funky n fun decor, a hidden jacuzzi, the most cozy beds, extremely well equipped kitchen (including the perfect table to make art at!) and spotless bathroom. The escape room adventure was really fun too! Took us awhile to figure it out but we cracked it! An absolute MUST if you’re visiting Ft. Collins. Although the flight of stairs to get to the top could be tricky if you had a lot of heavy luggage, but once you get inside it is a complete dream. The apartment is gorgeous and especially loved the spa like bathroom. Will 100% be back.

We had a wonderful stay, so relaxing and fun. We booked this place specifically for the saunas, they were very needed for the weekend we’re trying to have. We wanted just a weekend away from home, but still close. A bonus was that we will pass Buc-ees, haven’t been yet! The apartment was so cute with the decor and felt homey. The bed is such a comfortable bed, it’s a tempur-pedic, I never wanted to leave. The hot tub was so relaxing as well, just the street near by is pretty loud. But you cant hear the street from within the house, it’s very soundproof. The parking is a bit confusing, but it’s not very hard to understand where we needed to park, it’s only like 100 feet from the house, not a bad walk. We’re very appreciative to Stacy with very specific details and cute notes to everything, so helpful!
