This house is amazing! The location is private, secure and absolutely beautiful inside and out! Easy access to the private beach and constant views of the ocean not only from the patio but also from the kitchen, living room, master suite and upstairs balconies. Just minutes from Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Oh! Did I mention the daily whale watching?! I can’t wait for my next visit to Casa Cortez!

One of the best places I've stayed in. Rosy and Melanie are very friendly and attentive, they were always in touch with me for whatever I needed. In addition, the accommodation is very nice and clean. Definitely recommended!!

We were very comfortable and relaxed for a week. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and it's great to take small children since there are almost no waves and it's practically private. The days we went there were very few people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the Super quiet area to go for a walk in the mornings, we will definitely be back.

Matta's place was beautiful, spacious and great for families. Our three young children could not get enough of the pool and hot tub, which were both very well maintained. Gorgeous views and just a short trek to an amazing beach. Maria was very responsive and had excellent local suggestions. Highly recommend.

The condo is located in one of the most desirable communities of Los Cabos. My husband and I found the condo to be very private, clean & comfortable. The view of the Sea of Cortez is amazing from the very large, beautifully appointed patio. The location is ideal conveniently located near shopping and wonderful restaurants. We chose not to rent a car. The beach is an easy ten minute walk. Uber was used when needed and was very affordable and convenient. Pedro was exceptional to work with. We had such a wonderful time at the condo. The balcony and pool were definitely the highlight. Watching surfers, and whales from the balcony and pool chairs was so fun. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony while we watched the sunrise each morning. The beds were super comfortable and the place is pretty well stocked with the essentials. Moises was very helpful with the check in process and stocking groceries. Made our stay very relaxing. The only negative was the loud music from under the bridge near by. There were parties on the weekend with extremely loud music late into the night on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying here!

Accessing the condo was seamless, the transportation company recommended to us by the host was excellent. The host was exceedingly responsive, terrific. The kitchen is well stocked, everything worked. Beds are comfortable. The condo is in a great location, it is truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. The provided beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, coolers, were a great bonus.) The grill on the upper deck was awesome, we cooked several suppers on it. We were able to walk into town easily for suppers or groceries. (Walmart and Chedrauri are 20 minute walk) Taxis are readily available should you choose not to walk. The condo grounds are well kept and the staff is very friendly. The condo itself was very quiet, however there is some traffic noise from nearby roadways and a local bar. If we find ourselves back in Cabo, we would definately rent this condo again.

Great location and resort in Cabo. Staff extremely friendly and attentive to all the details. Did not do the all inclusive approach and resort was higher end pricey but excellent service and food. Condo for 5 adults was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Estancia!! The condo was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. The best part was the deck it was a breathtaking view and plenty of seats for our family to relax read or have coffee. The property is pristine there was plenty of seats at the pool and beach and the service is top notch. Laura was quick to answer our questions and arrange transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommend whale watching and visiting flora farms. We also did a cooking class which was a family favorite. Cabo is beautiful people are friendly and food is delicious. We felt very at home and safe. Would recommend grocery store as opposed to market which is really expensive. Also Uber is much cheaper than taxis to Cabo san Jose. Cant wait to return!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful apartment! The resort is fantastic, the apartment was perfect and super clean, the staff went above and beyond and I could not recommend this place more. It’s also in a great location and all of the communication was super clear and easy. Jane and her team made this trip go so smoothly, which is especially important during Covid. It was a good stay, recommended for any one that wants to feel at home have privacy

The place is very spacious, the two bathrooms were a huge plus, the washing machine and dryer were also a huge plus. the place is well kept and they had everything you need to spend great holidays at the beach. the private parking area really helps if you have a car. I guess the only negative thing I could say, it's a bit loud outside, there's some big factory which runs some really loud machines... but at least closing the windows properly keeps 60% of the sound outside.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

Excellent beachfront accommodation, easy access, there is a grocery store 50 meters away to buy whatever you need. Dulce and Frida were excellent hosts. There is a very friendly little dog and two kittens. They come up if you pet them, but if you don't like pets, they don't bother you either. Next door is Pescadito Break and Zippers, two good restaurants. You can get there from the airport (for $100 Mx) on “The desert route” public transport and get off right in front of the hotel (under the highway bridge). We will definitely be back at the same accommodation on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay. The porch with the sea view was magical. The house was open and spacious. Great places to grab a bite nearby and close enough to Cabo for a visit but far enough away for peace and quiet. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a great stay at the depto. and we would definitely stay there again. The apartment is as seen in the images and to highlight that it has equipment for the beach (umbrella, sunbeds, refrigerator) which was fundamental for our stay.
