In each of the spirits that we test we will do a review of its origin and elaboration procedure, how to drink and taste it properly, and of course its suggested pairing. We will begin with the state of Jalisco and its traditional and world famous tequilas in four of its varieties: White, Reposado, añejo and extra añejo, then we will continue with Guerrero and Oaxaca, famous for their exquisite handmade mezcales, also will taste Damina liquor from our state Baja California Sur, and finally, delicious infused natural flavor tequilas. We will drive to the beach where we will hike for around 10 minutes until we get to our spot right in front of the reef. Then, we will gear up with our snorkel and mask to get in the water, we will swim from the beach around the reef looking for all the marine life that we can find: schools of fish, octopus, eels, and lots of amazing species! We will snorkel out the shore about 250 meters and then we will go back to the beach where we can hang and relax for a few minutes while enjoying the sun. Other things to note: This is not a snorkel class, if you require a class please book a private tour so we go to an easier spot with no coral and easier to learn. You dont need special shoes for the hike but sometimes flipflops dont grip very well, is not a hard hike, and i recomend you to bring a rashguard instead of sunscreen, and if you need a lifejacket please let me know so i bring one. According to wind conditions, we will visit the famous meeting point of the Pacific and Sea of Cortez. After sundown, we'll drop the sails and your boat will cruise gently back to the marina. We will embark on the Sea of Cortez touring the most visited points of La Baja, passing through the public beach La Empacadora, the stone and Playa del Pelícano where we will see the fish of the natural aquarium through the glass background. We will pass through Playa del Amor, the Pacific window where the two seas gather (Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean), and then head towards El Arco where the photo shoots will take place. We will also visit the sea lion colony near the Arch! After the Arch, we arrive at the Land's End where the last stone of the Lower Peninsula is located and the one that divides the two seas, we follow the path to the Pacific where we can see the Divorcio Beach and its surroundings. For the latest and most expected, we will continue towards the whale hunt where we can enjoy them from a respectable distance!! During the tour, it is allowed to bring your drinks and food so you can enjoy the tour more to your liking.

We will meet in Cabo downtown and drive to the East Cape for 40 minutes where we will take a dirt road to get close to the dunes, then we will have a small lesson to get started, afterwards we will hike up the beginners dune and slide with the board a few times, there are 4 slopes for beginners so by the time you feel like an expert we can go to the highest dune and slide the other 5 slopes, and at the end we will enjoy a beautiful sunset at the dunes in front of the ocean. Other things to note: Theres no lift or ride up to the dunes, this activity requires a lot of walking. Bring comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. If you are looking to get out of the box; this adventure is for you. It involves earth, sea and history all in the same afternoon After meet up, We will head to a local secluded beach to enjoy our snorkelling session away from the hustle of the tourist crowd to a certified blue flagged beach. After Snk sesh, we´ll rinse the salt and change into dry clothes, heading up to discover the bird sanctuary of san Jose which happens to be the place of gathering of our ancient native society the PERICU, and now its also considered a RAMSAR site; excellent for bird watching. We’ll take some time to shoot great pictures of the magical place admiring some local birds and talk about nature (great activity this time of the day). Then for the grand finale we’ll transfer to the old town of San Jose del Cabo to start our walking history tour on this Jesuit village. I will guide you around the history of the missionaries and the church that founded the town, its people, the ancient buildings and the evolution of the local industry passing even through times of war at the plaza back in the 1800’s Ending up with the chance to take some free time to explore and be mexican for an evening wandering in the old streets of San Jose, watching perfomances on the street and getting to try some mexican delights before heading back to Cabo. Welcome to taco nation! Come with me on a visit to Los Cabos ranchero community to learn the ancient recipe of Mexican cactus NOPAL(opuntia cochenillifera) and it’s properties discovered centuries ago by native cultures of Mexico such as the Aztecas. Visit a humble traditional rancho located just 15 miles out of the heart of Cabo San Lucas where the main income comes trough the harvest of this cactus and goat products. I will teach the whole ancestral process of Mexican native cultures from its harvest to the final serving. Don’t forget we are Mexicans and we love salsa. You’ll be grinding your own salsa (as spicey as you can take it) and elaborate your own tortillas from scratch. Totally a true farm to table experience. Learn about the production impact of this cactus, direct and indirect to the local community. End up sharing the table with our beloved family after our class. The adventure doesn’t stops there, once finishing dinner, we’ll head to a local hidden beach along the pacific coast for a nice easy beach walk to enjoy the magnificent Pacific views on a hidden location.

To begin our day, we meet at "La empacadora" beach, from there Will start to slowly paddle along the shore to the iconic rock formation known as, “Land’s End”, where you can Find "The arch of Cabo". Along the way, we will pass in front of popular "Lover's beach. Arguably the best part of the trip is to watch the local fauna, such as sea lions, brown pelicans, black cormorans, as well as any other creature that we might find! Continuing our trip, we will paddle all the way to the famous Arch of Cabo, and stop to take a few photos. After a brief photo break, we will continue to Pelican Rock, which is a coral reef area to do some snorkeling. Here, it is common to see more than 20 different kind of fish! To end our amazing day out, we will provide fresh fruit and cereal bars so you can recover your breath :) There is no better way to see the Arch than paddling! It will take your breath away¡

You will take a 3-hour tour of the bay of Cabo San Lucas aboard "Reel Tequila" our 31ft boat with a capacity of up to 6 people maximum, remember that the trip is totally private, only your group and the crew (captain and first mate) will be on board.
