Beachfront vacation rentals in Cabo de Gata

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

Milka is a sweetheart. Very nice and attentive. The house is ideal and everything is very nice and clean. I hope we can go back❤️

A romantic place right on the beach. It feels like you've spent the summer there with the family for decades. If you are looking for modern luxury, you may want to choose a different location. Luxurious here is the place that makes you feel right at home. The decor is personal, cozy and has history. Marta was always reachable. Those who are lucky rarely experience the construction site. We hope that this place will remain for a long time.

Daniel's place has an exceptional view, especially from the bedroom. The description is completely in line with reality and we find all the amenities of everyday life; the apartment is very well stocked; nothing is missing. Daniel was great throughout the stay; he responded very quickly to any questions we had and helped us a lot throughout the stay. We highly recommend their accommodation.

It was a great stay at Amber's. A very nice apartment, everything clean and tidy. Very quiet area, 200 meters to the great beach. Parking right outside the door. Absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. Stunning location with uninterrupted views of the Med and spectacular sunrises. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The communal pool was great and right outside the gate from the lovely terrace. The rooftop would benefit from loungers, a shade and table and chairs to get the most out of the views including the mountains and the Old town behind. The main bedroom needs a wider bed and better mattress. Good fans in all rooms but one wasn’t working in the small bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen which we utilized for main meals using local produce from the fishmonger and butchers a few steps away. All round lovely week. Thank you Beatriz

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cabo de gata and its villages about 30-40min we found the recommended location great. My husband and I came to Spain to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Sam and Mats place was incredible! It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. If we felt like staying in, we did not feel like we were missing out especially with the massive terrance and gorgeous views! Such a special place! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Easy walking distance from the main coastal walk with many shops and restaurants minutes walk away. They also gave the most helpful recommendations for local spots and wonderful restaurants. We had a power outage and they checked on us right before the internet went down and informed us of what was going on. It was a 5 star stay! We loved every minute and really felt like we picked the perfect hidden gem!

Great place to stay!

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible. We were very comfortable in Javier's house. It is very cozy and is decorated with many small and beautiful details that make you feel like your home, a kitchen that in rare occasions one can find so stocked and a dream terrace. Watching the sun rise and enjoying the wonderful ocean views was a gift every morning. Equally at night, with a perfect temperature and a very special atmosphere that lights and lanterns help create, you never wanted to go to bed! The first day it took us a bit to find the house. The streets in the area are a little labyrinth, a little narrow and with a lot of cars parked, although having parking we had no problem. If we repeat in the area, we will love to return to your house and I will no longer take my books because I have seen very interesting things among yours! I quite agree with your tastes :) Thank you very much for everything
