Everything about it is excellent Too bad the pool isn't heated. Bedding to review after very nice location, quiet, quiet. Beautiful sea view.

Our stay at the villa was amazing, we couldn’t find fault with anything. Suitable for all ages in are group from a baby right through to 60+ age group. Made amazing memories with my kids and grandkids and did not want to leave ❤️ Would highly recommend. Antoni was a great host and nothing was too much trouble

A beautiful house with pool, it had everything you need! Very clean and nicely decorated! Particularly friendly hosts, mother-in-law welcomed us warmly and showed us everything, despite the language barrier.😉 The pool was the highlight, but we also got delicious salad fresh from the garden on day 1, the whole garden with vegetables, flowers and plants is very well maintained! Thank you for everything:) A little annoying was the uncontrolled dog barking from the neighbor at all hours of the day and night! But of course the host can't do anything about that!!! Off to Spain in this beautiful place, people! We will definitely be back! Best regards from Germany, Katja, Wolfgang and Leon.

We've been there for the second time and everything's great! Karina is a very approachable and friendly person. The house is perfect to enjoy a quiet vacation as the area is very familiar. Also, a few meters away is the beach and a little further away about 10 min there is a dog beach. Everything was perfect!

Thanks to Gaelle and Khalid (and Farid) for hosting this place which is just perfect. the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive from the center of Alcossebre in absolute calm in a gated property with swimming pool, children's play area and even a chicken coop. Our little girl loved it! The house is clean, functional and spacious with a terrace that directly overlooks the pool. The hosts are adorable even if we met them little during our stay. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area and felt at home for a week. Thanks to them.

We really enjoyed the house, which has everything you need. It is very nice and comfortable. The common areas of the development also looked very well maintained. The stay was very pleasant, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and quiet area. We'll be back!

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them was excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

We spent an unforgettable weekend at Raimon's house celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the renewal of our vows. From the first moment, the house conveys peace and tranquility: everything was impeccably clean and was as shown in the photographs, even better in person. It was my husband, our children, daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and we were very comfortable. The setting is perfect for relaxing, but also very well located, with restaurants, supermarkets and beautiful places to visit a few minutes away by car. The pool was a wonderful plus, and every corner of the house is designed for relaxation. Raimon was very attentive and kind. Definitely a fantastic experience that we totally recommend. Thank you for everything!

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

My friends and I had a great stay at this beautiful home in Valencia! We were met by Pepi to check in, who was so nice and helpful! We were given great recommendations. Silvia was very proactive ensuring we were taken care of! The house looks even better than the the pictures! We had a great time during our stay in Valencia, and would love to stay here again!

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

We had a great time at Manuela's house. The house is large and the kids had a lot of fun in the toy area. The area is very quiet.

Very nice and clean appartment close to the beach and public transport. Also a lot of restaurants are closeby. Alexandra was very helpfull. We faced some issue with the shower but she solved it. Would recommend 100%

Wonderful place, just like the pictures. Quiet location and the amazing stay. The personalized apartment with the Fangar lighthouse, with everything you need for your stay and is not missing detail. Silvia is super attentive and friendly, we were facilitated by routes and places of interest. Quick and always pending responses. We went with the dogs and they enjoyed it more than us. 100% recommended and we hope we can repeat.
