Beautiful Airbnb.. very warm and welcoming staff and the rooms are so clean and tasteful. Just a minute to the beach and The Rock restaurant which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed the novelty. We would highly recommend this great spot in Pingwe,

we stayed here for a month. using it as a base while doing a couple of nights away to explore the island. every time we came back it felt like coming home. the location was peaceful but with enough local restaurants/stores/amenities all in walking distance. Ovi was excellent with communication and a great help with anything we needed. the views were incredible! the pace in this part of Jambiani was exactly what we were looking for. I can't recommend this stay enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. Big windows letting in loads of light and right on top of the beach with the extra added bonus of being able to use the hotel facilities attached to the property, as its part of the hotel complex. Alex, the liason was very helpful and friendly. There are only two things I would mention that I personally believe would improve this Air BnB and they are - 1 - A TV for those chill nights in. 2 - A Microwave. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.

They were really hosted like the photos. A few steps to the beach. In Jambiani, you have to count on a big low tide, so you can bathe in the afternoon, but we knew that. The owner sent us tips on where to find each other and how to look. We traveled all over the island and would definitely come back because the place wasn't as touristy as it was in the north, which was convenient for us. If we were back we would have preferred to pay for a bungalow closer to the sea and away from the driveway. Since the Bungalow does not have windows, unfortunately, you feel like cars and motorcycles were driving behind your head, etc.. two nights were really distressed when you could only sleep after 4am. But this is a thing that is unfortunately out of control. And we really liked the place. Just keep in mind that it's not suitable for someone who likes peace of mind.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Comfortable, cosy, super clean, and very nicely decorated. We felt right at home and the host made the check in super easy! Beautiful compound with lagoon pool and many facilities, a short walk from Paje beach. A couple of supermarkets and restaurants just outside the compound on the main street of Paje. I’m definitely coming back !

I had a wonderful time and I didn’t want to leave… which is the only issue you can have if you choose this beautiful place. Everything was absolutely perfect from the very beginning of the booking process. Ovi was very responsive, gave me a lot of information, arranged a taxi to pick me up at my hotel in Stone Town and to drive me back to the airport at the end of my stay. The place in itself is an absolute dream. A unique beachfront location with a terrace overlooking the (very turquoise) ocean. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect to yourself. Pole pole! It was so surreal to hear so closely the sound of the waves, I felt like I was living on a boat. Ovi and Cosmina were not here during my stay but I have been warmly welcomed by Amina. Jambiani is a peaceful and authentic little village, still unspoiled, with beautiful white sand beaches and friendly people. I really enjoyed my time here and I felt safe at all times. One of my best Airbnb experiences!

I stayed there with two friends. The reception was very well arranged, Jo is a wonderful hostess, who was always there for us. Also very nice that all sorts of things were present such as herbs, oil etc. But the most beautiful thing was really the location. Not normally beautiful, loved it!! Cottage was also very cute and cozy and clean! I would recommend to anyone

Ernst is a very good gatsgeber . He responds immediately and always helps. Everything is very well organized. He has arranged the help on site very well. There is always a contact person there. Maybe think about an emergency power unit......The house is located directly on the beach , just a few steps to the sea. Absolutely quiet location. Thank you very much for the nice time there.

Gorgeous house right on the beach. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The sound of the wave is always with you. The helpers and chef are very helpful and kind. Michelle is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Our group of 5 was comfortably accommodated and spent so much time in the beautiful open treehouse upstairs. Even during the rain we were kept nice and dry upstairs. We enjoyed the food made by the private chef and all the staff were very accommodating and responsive! Visits from the dogs on the property were such a lovely addition. We felt very at home and would love to come back sometime, especially during another season when the swimming is better. Bonus - the sunsets from the gazebo around the corner from the beach were spectacular. Make sure you take advantage of the beautiful grounds and walks around the area!

Amazing, quiet and beautifull place that is even better than the photos. Friendly and responsive staff and good and well priced food. Really nice pool which we used a lot do to the heat, as the Ocean is really warm. 28-29 cel in feb. We loved the quiet surroundings in the villa and really at home. The Local community just outside the door was amazing to interact with and the Move Zanzibar community center just 250 m from the villa is a must. Seing the fishernan come in with the tides and all food they harvest in the Ocean is just outside the door. Just go there🤩especially if you like place that is away from the massive tourist crowds up north near Nungwi Biggest recommandations from us. 6 people (16-49) from Denmark and we the entire villa1. Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Beautiful villa in a very beautiful environment, all very well maintained. Ania and Ali are very available for all inquiries and information. The reality is even more beautiful than the listing photos. I highly recommend this listing!

Had a really good stay, my brother lost the front door key but Aida sorted it out and we were back in by 8am.

This AirBnB is located within Villa de Coco in Jambiani. It was the perfect place for my family and I and we are already looking at dates for when we can return. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on Zanzibar!

This beachfront apartment is a dream! Spacious, spotless, and offering breathtaking ocean views from every bedroom. The big TVs provide great entertainment, and the comfort of the large rooms is unmatched. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the calm, friendly host ensures a smooth stay. The neighborhood is peaceful, with restaurants, KFC, and malls just a short walk away. Ideal for relaxation and fun—highly recommended! Can’t wait to return!

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!
