There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

nice wooden house with all the charm of an Ottoman house the neighborhood is popular and quiet, 5 minutes' walk from Avansaray tram station which will take you in 15 minutes to Eminonu where you can go anywhere. Far from the hustle and bustle of Sultanhamed and very close at the same time. I'll be back for sure

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

Mr. Tolga was very helpful, he always helped us with all our questions. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, just as shown in the photos. It was like the same home environment. Its location was in the center of Beşiktaş and very close to the beach. It was a great stay with my family. We would like to thank Mr. Tolga for his care.

The area is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the Galata Tour, Galata Port, and the Egyptian Spice Market. Moreover, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant food scene that offers a wide variety of culinary delights. However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

We had a great stay, coming back to the apartment always felt like coming home. The living room has a large tv and a super comfy sofa, and we were watching youtube-videos in the evening of what to check out in Istanbul :-) The building has an old and fun elevator that was great for my mom of 85, who is not so good in climbing steps. The flat is practical and inviting, and great with two toilets when you are more people. Two of the bedrooms are spacious, the third room is smaller. The kitchen is functional with a large fridge, and there are small food stalls close by. (Very expensive, so we went to the supermarket instead that was about a 6-7 min walk away.) The flat is quiet and peaceful, quite unbelievable considering it is so close to Taxim square. If you want to stay in a place that has easy access to everything, no steep hills to walk up and down to get home, and close to metro, buses and taxis, this is the place!

Dear Shirley, dear Merve, dear Ozkan, We had a wonderful time at this fantastically renovated house. Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. Had a wonderful stay, clean and spacious rooms, with each one nearly identical with their own bathrooms. Easy to get into and a wonderful location, close to coffee, restaurants, the ferry, and stores. Host was very responsive! lots of stairs, which matches the city on a hillside 😉

Our stay with Fatih was easy and fantastic. Fatih was so responsive and able to help at any given moment, night or day. If there was any problem, Fatih would have it fixed in no time. The place was comfortable and clean and in a phenomenal location. We loved our stay and would come back for sure!

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!
