This stay was fantastic and Katherine was an extremely kind and attentive host! Everything about the home was accurate to the pictures in the listing and felt luxuriously furnished while still being cozy. The place itself was spotless and provided everything we could need for a long term stay where we would be cooking, doing laundry, remote working, etc. The desk nook was located just off the living room which we had been curious about from the pictures. Both beds were extremely comfortable with and the extra bedroom had amazing light once you opened the blinds in the morning - perfect for working or reading. Location was very peaceful and we enjoyed going on bike rides or walks around the neighborhood and to the nearby Social Coffee House. Portland was an amazingly quick drive but we were pleasantly surprised with how many breweries/restaurants we had to explore right in Saco and nearby Biddeford. I would not hesitate to book this stay again!

This home far exceeded my expectations. The spacious, open main floor is illuminated with light streaming through large expansive windows & the scenery just outside is mesmerizing. Actually, from every room, on every floor, there is a great view. Lots of time was spent watching the tides wind their way through the marsh as the sea birds, ducks & herons came & went. Evenings were warmed by the fireplace as we dined seated around the comfortable kitchen island. Ralda's "Good the Know" booklet was the best I've seen; anticipating & answering every question that came up. All this & more made for a wonderful stay. Thank you Ralda for sharing your beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay at Nina's! I'm originally from the area but was vising family and traveling with 2 adults, a 1 year old and 2 dogs and had plenty of space. Check-in was simple. It was nice to be greeted upon arrival to be shown certain things and have questions answered. The rental was cozy and comfortable. We loved the feel with the decor and Nina's photos of the animals on display. No tv, but the projector worked great and was kinda a fun change! We contacted Nina ahead of time in regards to our dogs coming, where to walk them, etc, and it all worked out fine. Sweet Shuggy the livestock guardian dog did her job well, but it wasn't obnoxious in the least. We were able to get a tour of the farm and visit the animals which was awesome! Hollis is a rural area but VERY manageable to get to grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Thanks for a comfortable place to stay Nina!

We had a lovely ladies’ trip at Garett’s place. You can tell that Garett wants you to feel right at home. He provided bagels, snacks, coffee, and a few other items. The beds and linens were extremely clean with plenty of cozy blankets. The living area is so cozy and cute. There’s a beautiful rainbow window in the kitchen that makes the whole space glow. Garett was very responsive and offered a few recommendations for good food in the area. It was a lovely stay!
