Monthly Rentals in Burwell

Peter was an amazing host. There was a region wide power cut whilst we were there and Peter made a real effort to make sure we had access to hot water for tea and also provided refreshments. He was reassuringly present but not intrusive. The house was immaculate and has everything we needed. We were welcomed with an extensive food hamper. The pub opposite provided well priced tasty food although be aware that they finish serving food at 7pm. All in all we felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stayed for one night after I worked at an event at nearby Snetterton circuit, and didn’t want to drive the long journey home at night. Very good value for money, I found it to be one of the best in the area. Maria was very communicative and gave detailed instructions as to how to find the place. Parking situation seems a little unusual (you’re advised to park in the small private car park of the nearby Polish shop) but can confirm I left my car there overnight without any issues. The space is cosy and comfy, and has everything you would need for a short stay. Got a good night’s sleep and felt refreshed and ready to head home the next day :)

Our stay at the Koya was peaceful and comfortable and the hosts were lovely - including their beautiful dogs. Would highly recommend xx

Alison gave clear descriptions of wi-fi password and how to get into The Reading Room. Great 1950's/1960's table, chairs and cupboards. Place was spotless, roomy shower, fridge with milk, bread, butter jam. Everything was perfect for my stay. Will definitely be staying again I hope. p.s. Left an item of clothing in the wardrobe. Alison is very kindly going to drop it off with my relative who lives not too far away. Above and beyond! Thank you
