I cannot recommend the Shepards Hut enough. Beautiful inside and out, has everything you need include milk in the fridge which was a great touch. The space has plenty of privacy without feeling isolated & it is easy to walk to the pub or take a drive to the next village or town. Duncan was a great host, I was welcomed with a warm greeting and he shared plenty of suggestions on walks I could do. I didn’t need anything but I would have felt totally comfortable texting him if I had. It was the perfect get away for a few days of peace.

The Annex is a lovely bright beautifully presented apartment with everything you need. Leah and Dan built and host the Annex and have done a wonderful job. The kitchen is small and really well equipped with enough to allow you to make most things. The dining area is ideal for two. The bathroom is beautiful. Leah is the perfect hostess. She made us very welcome and was always available should you need anything.
