We loved this cottage and will definitely return! Everything was very clean and well decorated - we had so much fun with the fire pit and had several family meals at the house. Perfect distance to the Appalachian trail as well as down town Middletown.

Misti was a responsive, friendly, and helpful host! The space was exactly what I needed during my long term stay. I appreciated the local recommendations of places to eat and things to do!

Joachim’s place was exactly what we needed. The townhouse is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and Joachim was very responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend staying at Joachim’s place.

Do not be fooled by the photos: At first, I did not understand the photos - living space was with the workshop?? ...porch or living space???.... I thought they were all together. The photos do not do it justice. Absolutely delightful place! Cleannnnn! Had everything needed. Dave responded extremely quickly when needed. Sooo glad we booked this spot! HIGHLY Recommend!
