Luxury rentals in Burj Khalifa Lake

My experience with Mint Stay was amazing! I rented a villa from them, and Mr. Fadi and his team were extremely professional and supportive. They were always available to help me and have made my stay very comfortable. I definitely give them more than 5 stars! Thank you for the excellent service.

The whole family we enjoyed a lot during the stay . The house is clean, beautiful,we feel like at home , there is maid room as well,the team respond fast . The mint stay team are professional . We appreciate for the time and memories it brought to us .

We had a great stay here! The appartment was wonderful, great indoor and outdoor area, well equiped kitchen and everything was in place. We enjoyed the sunbeds, pool and the view was magnificent. Also nice to have a restaurant in the building. There are lots of restaurants in the area, and also a nice park to run or walk in. Here there is also a grocery store to buy food. The host was very flexible, and we could leave our luggage at the reception and he took everything to the room for us. So the check in was very smooth, and communication was great. We felt very good taken care of. Everything was great with this appartment, we loved our stay!

My son and I had a great stay in this apartment. It is really well located on the trunk of the palm with easy access to local amenities and the Nakheel Mall just 15 mins walk away. Costa coffee in the building which was a great start to our day. Lovely beach and pool at the back of the property. Friendly reception staff. Perfect base. The apartment itself was lovely, bright and spacious. The outlook from the bedroom was a rest area of the restaurant so we kept the curtains closed but it didn't disturb us. The walls are fairly thin with the apartment next door and they liked an early start! The kitchen was well stocked although missing dishcloths and tea towels. I asked if we could have some and they were very responsive and appeared with a courier the next day. They were also quick to rectify an issue with the cooker. Very communicative. All in all, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return!
