Beachfront vacation rentals in Burj Khalifa Lake

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

We had a very comfortable stay at this chic apartment. Location is great. Easy to get Uber to get around. Super market close by. Views are great.

Tout est parfait malgré un début entacher par l ancien voyageur qui avait oublié de laisser la carte de l ascenseur mais corrigé très rapidement avec une communication pro actif de l hôte Le cadre est magnifique l appartement moderne bien finie et haut de gamme tout comme la résidence et l hôtel urn tv supplémentaire dans la chambre apporterait plus de confort selon le point de vue de chacun La piscine et le bar au 77eme étage sont incroyables les restaurants sur les plages sont très bon supermarchés pharmacie ouvert 24/24 Dommage qu il n y ait une consigne sur la résidence mais une solution est envisageable à l hôtel moyennant finance

Logement parfait L’emplacement est idéal Il est parfaitement équipé, la piscine est grande et l’accès à la plage privé est un vrai plus La communication avec l’hôte était vraiment fluide et arrangeant Nous avons l’habitude de venir à dubai et nous reviendrons les yeux fermés De plus la vue depuis l’appartement est vraiment magnifique

Tolle Unterkunft, klein aber fein. Die Wohnung it sehr gemütlich und vor allem das Bett war sehr bequem. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleinigkeiten, wie Spüle, Waschmittel und Putzzeug war vorhanden. Was allerdings etwas ungünstig war, es waren pro Person je nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch vorhanden, zum Wechseln wäre es gut, wenn man die Stückzahl erhöhen würde. Was auch noch gut wäre, wenn Strandtücher vorhanden wären. Ansonsten waren wir wirklich zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Agentur ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar und die Kommunikation war super und außerordentlich freundlich. Der Herr, der unseren checkin gemacht hat, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank! ♥️

This has been our second stay with Ina and once again we were delighted. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is equipped with all necessary appliances. The beach, a controversy marker as well as the West Beach are only minutes away. We will be back soon.

We had a great time in the flat, it was spacious, clean and well ventilated. Its location was excellent, near the corniche, lots of restaurants, pharmacies, shops etc was around at walkable distance Would definitely contact if we came to Sharjah again.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

There were 7 of us, 2 families with kids. This place was ideal for us as there are 3 big bedrooms and one small one for our one teenager. Every bedroom has its bathroom. The apartment is 12 min walk to the nearest public beach. There are 2 supermarkets on the mezanine level, 2 min walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. About 15-20 min walk to the metro station and Dubai marina mall.

It was a nice apartment, description and photos match. Host was helpful and responsive.

Eine luxuriöse, großartige Unterkunft in wunderschöner Lage. Vom Bett aus dem Blick aufs Meer zu haben und gleichzeitig Vögel zwitschern zu hören, ist etwas echt besonderes. Der Strand Zugang, der Pool, und die Restaurants und der Supermarkt im Gebäude, sind absoluter Komfort und sorgen dafür, dass man sich wirklich entspannen kann. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle Lage, alles gepflegt, alles schnell erreichbar. Sehr gerne wieder!

Спасибо большое, Хулкар! Замечательное проживание, Хулкар - отличная хозяйка квартиры! Квартира на 4 человек (два взрослых и двое детей) - очень удобная. Море, пляж - такого я еще не видела. Очень мало людей, купались всегда одни. Иногда местные жители приходят, когда не так жарко. Но, это в любом случае огромная, преогромная территория пляжа для отдыха. Вкуснейшая, необычная еда: сырный пирог горячий, фалафель, интересные пакистанские и арабские блюда в местных кафе. Готовили для детей сами, взяли продукты, хотя все продукты можно было купить в отличном магазине Day to day, который посоветовала нам Хулкар! Всем русским, особенно семьям с детьми рекомендуем останавливаться у Хулкар! Спасибо, Хулкар Вам большое! Желаем Вашим деткам здоровья, семье - благополучия! Будьте здоровы и ждите нас ещё!

Prime location and comfort place. Great experience communicating with the host. Would probably recommend upgrading the door lock to enable better control, otherwise apparent has everything for comfort stay.

I truly had a delightful experience during my stay at this charming place. The host was exceptionally accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The environment was inviting, and the space was fresh and clean, adding to the overall comfort of my visit. The location is great. Will definitely be back.
