We spent 3 nights here, the apartment is spacious, clean modern and in such a good location. The beds are comfortable and we slept great. There is a grocery store where we got our water and fruits, we can walk to all attractions from here. Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Marjolein!

An absolute gem of a place, the views of the city are magnificent, the place is small but very modern and functional , I will definitely come back on my next visit to Antwerp

Beautiful, located directly on the seawall. Everything ample in stock, towels, bed sheets, bathroom stuff. More than enough crockery, glassware and cutlery. Very friendly hostess. Apartment is on the first floor. Easily accessible garage. Like most apartments built in the 1970s a bit more noisy depending on the use of neighbors.

We felt right at home. The pictures can't even begin to capture the beauty of the wonderful garden. You can get to the city very quickly, but also to nature. Great bike cellar, also for eBikes. Simply perfect

We were received in a very friendly manner by Willem. He showed us in great detail how everything works and what we need to consider. We were also allowed to use the garage for a small price, which was very convenient. The apartment is perfectly located and looks exactly like the photos. The view from the large panoramic window and from the balcony is beautiful! The decor is very well maintained and the kitchen is superbly equipped. We were even allowed to arrive one evening earlier, which was great, as we caught the sunniest day of the week. We had our 4-month-old baby with us, as well as our two cats, who were also very warmly welcomed. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

Lovely quiet place! Felt like a vacation.

The space is easy to find. Relaxed check-in via key box. Idyllic location overlooking the water. The property is completely fenced so great for families and people with animals. Kitchen offers everything you need. Basically very clean and well-maintained home. communication was excellent. Anna Nicole is very accommodating and friendly

Very charming house by the river. Great location to visit Amsterdam. Beds really comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Great sound system. We spent good times and Katelijne is a great host. She is very responsive and helpful.

Everything perfect. Nice contact with host. Fantastic apartment located directly on the water. Leiden and Amsterdam can be reached by car on about 40 minutes.

We stayed in Jorrit's house for the 3rd time and felt very comfortable again. The weather was dreamy. The screens on the terrace door and windows were very pleasant, because there were already many mosquitoes on the road. A walk to downtown Gouda is recommended. It almost always goes along the water. I think we will go to Jorrit's house more times!

Michel was a wonderful host, always available and very nice and helpful. He is constantly striving to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We really liked the house with the layout of the garden by the water and the beautiful view from the living room and terrace. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to explore in the area. This was already our 4th time in the Lakehouse but will not be the last time! This place is nice and cozy and offers so much. The location directly next to the lake is wonderful and the house offers everything you need, including a fantastic kitchen. Wendy is a very friendly and supportive host and therefore communication is always a pleasure! ☺️

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

We had a lovely week at Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it's a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the grayer and windier days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live" this is the place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

Yvonne's place is really nice and exactly as described. There was nothing missing for us. You can also sit comfortably by the canal.

The generally wonderful view from the apartment of the North Sea, watching the waves at breakfast in the morning or watching the sunset at dinner in the evening is priceless. The small but nice apartment offers everything you need for a North Sea trip. Short walk to the beach. 17 steps from the front door, kitchen equipment for all types of food. Pull-out couch to start the morning directly with a sea view or to fall asleep at sunset. The sliding door allows a direct beach flair, at 20 m height. We always put the table by the door, because unfortunately there is no balcony. If you want, the only drawback! THE ONLY ONE! Elevator right in front of the apartment door without noise. Connection to parking and train immediately and spot cheap. Middelkerk - Bruges per person €3 (about 1 hour drive) Parking fee due only Saturday & Sunday €5 per day. Communication with Joyce was flawless and feedback within minutes! Thank you Lucia & Christian
