Très beau logement à Venise! Il est situé dans un quartier très calme, loin des foules. Les attractions principales de Venise se font très bien à pied à partir du logement et des stations de bateau bus sont à proximité également. L’hôte, Giacomo, était très sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was incredible from start to finish. Sylvia was extremely helpful and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location easy to find and walk to from the train, and excellent location to everything we wanted to do in Venice! I’d stay here again, thank you Sylvia. Our family enjoyed your hospitality.

Great place. Right near the city water taxi drop off and near the airport waterbus pick up spot. The apartment was clean and just as description. Responsive host to all the questions. Would stay again if we go back to Venice.

우리 가족 모두가 매우 만족한 숙소였습니다. 준비해주신 맥주와 간식에서 세심한 배려가 느껴졌고, 예정보다 일찍 도착해 짐 보관만 부탁드렸는데도 기꺼이 이른 체크인을 도와주셔서 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 입실을 도와주셨던 분도 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 기분 좋게 여행을 시작할 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 산마르코 광장 바로 앞에 위치해 있어 늦은 시간에도 안전하게 유럽의 멋진 석양을 종탑 위에서 감상할 수 있었던 점이 특히 기억에 남습니다. 물론 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르는 수고는 있었지만, 그조차도 전혀 불편하게 느껴지지 않을 만큼 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 베네치아를 여행하는 지인이 있다면 자신 있게 추천드리고 싶은 곳입니다.

Staying at Paolo’s place made our Venetian dreams come true! Everything was amazing. Paolo met us at the water bus station when we arrived and let us take our bags up early even though the cleaning lady was still working. He explained everything about the apartment throughly and then gave us a lunch recommendation where we went while we waited to check in after cleaning. The place he sent us became an instant favorite and we frequented it many times during our stay. The apartment is in a quieter part of Venice but with access to everything you need. It is perfect for public transportation to Murano and Burano, and the railway or airport. Paolo was incredibly thoughtful, he even went out of his way to help us print our trains tickets the night before we left! We truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about Paolo and his place. BOOK IT - you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at this place. Close to Piazza San Marcos and lots of restaurants and local shops. Great location. The place is located in the 4th floor, but we didn't mind, because the view from the top floor was great. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable apartment which has a fantastic location, quiet and relaxing space, but very convenient for cafes, shops, restaurants, transport and exploring Venice. The rooftop terrace is a big plus, and we enjoyed a warm welcome from Nicoletta

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de San Marcos y Rialto, pero en una zona muy tranquila. Cerca hay todo tipo de servicios, restaurantes, cafeterías etc. El apartamento responde exactamente a lo que se anuncia, es luminoso, está en una tercera planta y poco habitual en Venecia tiene ascensor. Los anfitriones suministraron información correcta para la llegada y fueron muy amables en la entrega de llaves.

Super séjour. Bel appartement bien décoré et confortable. Pratique aussi d'être situé juste à côté d'une ligne de bus qui vous emmène directement à Venise en une vingtaine de minutes. The apartment will immerse you into Venusian vibe of artistic intellectuals living in the town. Walk safely in the heart of the world famous destination. The host is your best friend- always ready to give a local advice. Worth every penny since you can hop “home” for hot lunch or change your clothes accordingly to the weather. GEM.

Rudi a été très accueillant et amical. Il nous a indiqué tous les restaurants et points d’intérêt dans le coin. L’appartement est très propre et extrêmement bien situé. Nous nous sommes senti chez nous. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir si je retourne à Venise.

Lisa was a warm and attentive host who made our family feel truly welcome during our stay at her vacation home in Venice. She let me know right away to reach out if we needed anything, especially for our toddler, which I really appreciated. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need and made traveling with a little one much easier. It was also in a great location—we were able to walk to many things we wanted to see. We felt very comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Thank you, Lisa, for such a pleasant experience. We’d love to come back!

The communication with Uto was great! We had a small issue with the heating and Uto and Nicola were very prompt in solving the issue. The flat is cozy and well-located. It's in a quite "touristy" area though. Soundproofing between the two bathrooms is not good: turning on the ventilation helps. The bedding was very comfortable! Overall a very nice experience. Our stay was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, with the most picturesque views. We were able to walk to all of our destinations within Venice, and our host Massimo had many great recommendations. We would 10/10 recommend, and hope to be back someday. Some of our favorite spots during our trip were Caffè Del Doge, Estro, 1000 Gourmet Venezia, La Zucca, and Al Nono.

Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Easy walk to train or bus. Supermarket is practically next door. I was even able to watch a movie in English!

We loved staying here! The bathroom was nice and large which made sharing it easy, the kitchen was nicely appointed plus having the washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The rustic beams in the living room added to the charm. The location was great for us too since it's right in the center of everything. They were communicative and responded quickly which was helpful. Only thing to note, but it's like this with many apartments across Europe, there is no elevator in the building and this is on the top floor. Would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to Venice!

We loved our stay here. The perfect location and Stefano it a very responsive and helpful host. This is a very large and spacious house, with every amenity you would ever need. Very close to a Co-op supermarket and easy access from the Ospedale stop on the Water Bus. Very easy walk to all of the main parts of Venice and the location works wonderfully. One tip from me, the Island of Murano is really worth a visit and you are a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop that takes you there. Lots of bathrooms/shower rooms also makes everybody's life easy when you're trying to get out of the apartment to go and explore Venice. I would happily stay here again when we return to Venice.

Die Wohnung ist für einen Städtetrip wirklich super. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig und einfach erreichbar, in der Umgebung sind viele Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gegend wirkt noch sehr original mit vergleichsweise vielen Einheimischen und weniger Touristen. Die Wohnung Ansich ist top, das Bett sehr weich und Jacuzzi+Sauna natürlich ein Traum.

Alberto’s apartment was beautifully decorated, pristine, comfortable and convenient. Many details for comfort amenities available, convenient location for easy and walkable site seeing, easy check-in with detailed instructions, and very accommodating and helpful host! Would highly recommend staying here!

Eventhough we don't speak the same language we were able to communicate easily with each other! Erika was very helpful!!

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

Nous n'avons pas rencontré Flavio ni Moira mais la communication avec eux était simple et réactive. Nous avons été accueilli par Susanna, qui travaille tout près et qui est adorable. Le logement était très bien et tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Le quartier est à la fois calme, pas trop touristique, et à la fois vivant, avec tous les services à proximité, et très central dans Venise. Nous recommandons vivement !!

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!
