Stunning Fletcher Home: Hot Tub + Fire Pit!

SarahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay! Private location, but close enough to everything in Asheville and surrounding areas. Janet was very helpful with lots of info prior to arrival and during the stay. My kids loved picking the chicken eggs! We would definitely stay again when in the Asheville area!

Arts and Crafts home sleeps 6

DonaldRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This place was really great. It's in a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping and restaurants. We were traveling with our dogs and this place was pet friendly. The house is equipped with everything imaginable so it was easy to settle in. We plan on visiting again in the near future.
A covered porch is visible, featuring two relaxed seating chairs positioned along a wooden railing. Lush greenery and distant mountains create a natural backdrop, while soft clouds drift across the sky above.

Black Mountain Retreat w/ Hot Tub + Mountain Views

AmyRating, 5 stars19 months ago
Our family of 5 had a great time while we stayed at Kiss Mountain Retreat. Our children loved playing the arcade machine, relaxing in the hot tub, playing board games, and hiking the trails behind the house. You could honestly be perfectly content, just staying at the house and enjoying what it has to offer. The house was clean and fully stocked with linens, and everything you need to cook meals. I recommend having 4×4 if you plan to stay there. The driveway is extremely steep, I don't think you will make it to the top without a 4×4 vehicle. Overall, our stay was great! If we go back to Black Mountain I wouldstay there again.
The charming home is set against a backdrop of lush greenery, surrounded by gently sloping hills. The well-maintained lawn features neatly edged grass, leading to the inviting exterior, which includes a mix of brick and siding complemented by large windows.

Spacious & Elegant Apt Fronting Ivy River

LindaRating, 5 stars28 months ago
The Loft is located on a beautiful organic farm on the Ivy River. So peaceful! The hosts responded immediately and made sure we got in with no problems the first night. It is a spacious open floor plan with a large deck. The well equipped kitchen has lovely cabinetry and lighting. It is nicely decorated with several big and comfy leather couches and chairs. Highly recommend by my daughter and her family who stayed there.

Arden Bungalow w/ Fire Pit: Near Lake Julian Park

ScottRating, 5 stars10 months ago
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Easy to find, great location to restaurants, shopping and to downtown. The home was very cozy and peaceful. Booking was easy, cost was affordable, communication was great. I would recommend this place to family and friends who i knew where looking along with others who see this review. Close to new kitchen appliances, close to new washer/dryer, great water pressure in the shower, nice outdoor space to gather for chatting, grilling and also to have a nice fire. We will be staying here again on our next visit to asheville.

Rooms With A View

GillianRating, 5 stars7 months ago
The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

2 Bedroom Retreat w/ Fireplace in a Prime Location

The apartment was clean and charming. It had all that was needed for a weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet, so we slept well, which we appreciated after full days. Kaitlin was very quick to answer any questions we had.

Nestled Garden Oasis with Mountain Views Downtown!

DeannaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a great cute little spot! Getting there was a little scary because we drove in at night and the roads were really narrow and dark. But once we got there, it was just as Dorothy described in the check-in directions. We brought our dog and he absolutely loved it too! We stayed 3 nights and had some fun in Asheville (Biltmore Estate, hiking, food (PLEASE check out Curate and ask for Jim!), coffee shops, Spicewalla store, etc.). Dorothy's spot is in a perfect location and close to everything! The floors do get cold so pack some fuzzy slippers :)
A modern kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove, featuring a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent, a comfortable couch is positioned near a coffee table displaying magazines. Soft lighting highlights the neutral color palette and clean lines of the space.
