Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Budva

A true haven of peace, away from the crowds and noise, while being close to the beaches and attractions of the area. Bubo is an extremely kind, welcoming, and very responsive host by message. The accommodation is isolated in a small mountain, quiet, with only the sounds of nature. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and the garden is perfect! Bubo even planned a small swimming pool for our kids to cool off. A great place to relax and enjoy the region of Budva and the mouths of Kotor.

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. Fantastic location , with a fabulous view. Just a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Easy for us with the stairs down to the bay. Would be a challenge if you had mobility issues, but an easy walk down to the water. A great bakery just to the right at the bottom of the stairs. We really liked the restaurant Landovina, which is nearby.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You do need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't mind. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

Extremly helpful and acommodating hosts. Lovely place with a great terrace. Easy walk into Old town, nice supermarkets close by, especially if you have a car. Property is up a steep slope, but we got used to it + help was offered to park car. Location offers beautiful view over the bay. Would recommend.

Had such an amazing stay here! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The host was super responsive and loved the little touches like snacks and extra towels. Location was perfect too — nice and quiet at night. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at the apartment. Since we had great weather, we only spent the time on the great terrace. The spiral staircase over 3 floors was intense, but upstairs it was just a dream. View over the whole bay, at least one cruise ship every day and the great tourist hustle and bustle to watch below. The area offered many great excursions. The beds were very good, the rooms spacious. We cooked often, and the kitchen gave us everything we needed. We lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable. Parking is a bit difficult, but it also worked quite well, it was not yet high season. We can only recommend this apartment.

Stunning views, reactive and generous host. We had an excellent time at Branislav’s apartment. Some little things can be improved (mainly equipments) but the host was super quick to help us.

Predrag’s family is super kind and friendly. His parents came outside with a bottle of red wine and showed us welcome to begin this incredible experience. What’s more, they have two cute cats that accompany and play with us all the time, which is so lovely! The view is much more than the posted pictures, we can see the infinity sea wherever in the house! Can’t imagine how wonderful it will be sitting at the balcony and have some wine in summer! Private parking is also possible. The point I love the most is here is not busy and crowd like the town. Here has a huge area for you to play and explore!

We had a fantastic week in Vladan’s apartment. He was very communicative before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. He was so helpful in lending us a phone cable and electrical adapters also. The apartment itself is in the perfect location. Everything is on your doorstep: the beach, restaurants, bakers, the Old Town with all its wonderful bars and restaurants and shops and a supermarket. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The apartment itself is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We cooked several meals in the large kitchen. The shower was very powerful and bathroom was spotlessly clean. A lovely balcony to sit on and watch the world go by.. plus the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Thank you Vladan for your wonderful apartment - we had an amazing trip!

Ivica is a great host who responds immediately to questions or requests for advice about the area. The view is incredible, and his place is spacious for two people. The only downside was the bathtub/shower, which was almost hazardous to climb in and out of. Be careful walking down the stretch of road without a sidewalk. People drive like it was a racetrack. Scary.

The location was very close to the sea with great views from the balcony. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Angela was incredibly responsible and attentive throughout my stay. The apartment itself was great—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Budimir was an excellent host! A very unique man with so much to offer. He is an excellent cook! He has a private restaurant downstairs from the property and offers great wine and spirits along with his wonderful personality. If you enjoy “experiences” Budimir offers you a great Montenegrin experience. The apartment is well done.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Amazing hosts, incredible stay! Staying at Marko and Anže’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were super comfy, which made it so easy to recharge and enjoy every moment of our trip. Anže and his girlfriend were the kind of hosts you hope for – always there with helpful tips, quick to respond, and so trusting, they really made us feel at home. Thanks to them, we had the best experience in Montenegro. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay!! Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more. As a group of 7, this suited us perfectly, and we made full use of the space, including some great BBQs in the outdoor space. Everything was as described and as in the photos, and the hosts were brilliant! Going above and beyond to greet us upon arrival, help us with car rental for the week, and anything else we needed. The place is also secluded enough that it feels super private and special. We hope to come back for another group trip - Montenegro is truly beautiful

Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!

STUNNING Airbnb ! Great size rooms, with lovely bathrooms for each room. Heating was perfect for such a big home, had everything we needed and property management was always there to help when required. It was my 30th birthday and they gave me wine, flowers and had a birthday cake made for me which was a lovely touch. Everyone that looked after us was amazing and really sweet. Breakfast was nice however would have liked more options , nevertheless the chef was an absolute STAR! The fridge was stocked with drinks that you can pay for e.g Fanta, coke, beer, water, .which was great as we hadn’t gone food shopping yet. We did have issues with power cut on the first night due to solar panels however it got sorted in the morning right away and caused no further issues during our stay. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place anymore ! Location is a little far from where we were going however it’s a really peaceful and private location. Felt very safe! Would love to return and stay here again
