The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro's apartment. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the actual beauty and location - the location and views of the flat are gorgeous, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. The flat and its kitchen are well equipped. The residence has a wonderful private beach - even though it is rocky, we used it daily with the kids. It is a stretch of approx. 600m with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the residence. And there are sandy beaches near by. You can reach Porto Rotondo by foot in about 15min or take the free shuttle bus which also solves the challenge of finding parking in the village. Two things prospective renters should know: the flat is rather smallish, which means your family must be able to manage space well; and, the stairs up to the attic are very steep and narrow. This was no problem for our kids, but some adults may find it difficult. All in all - highly recommended!!!

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment and especially enjoyed the great view from the balcony at breakfast. Flor welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us great tips for the area. The accommodation and the garden around it is very well maintained and the apartment has everything you need. Overall an absolute recommendation!

The apartment was great, very spacious and with everything we needed. Cinzia was a great host, helpful, proactive, and very nice. She wasn’t around when we arrived, but the check in instruction were very clear, and her mother, who lives nearby, welcomed us. Check out is simply and with very reasonable expectations, unlike other places I’ve been too. It’s a perfect place to explore the area around Gonone and Dorgali, which is gorgeous even in winter!

Great location for riding a motorcycle. The house is clean and with all comfort. The view is beautiful. Adjacent parking and friendly and reserved host. Highly recommended

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

The terrace is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is fantastic to sit under a tree in the morning and have breakfast overlooking the sea. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well thought out. The kitchen equipment is rather generous. The location is perfect for excursions to the fantastic bays or to Santa Teresa Gallura. Supermarkets are within easy reach. However, a car is absolutely necessary. There is also a beach within walking distance. Alessandro is a great host. We have already received many tips in advance. He was always available, friendly and very helpful. Thank you!

We were very happy and comfortable in the apartment. A beautiful house, good decoration and very clean. The host wrote to us and was very attentive to us at all times. Quick and accurate responses. We definitely recommend this warm apartment from the heart!!

If you have to travel to Olbia and up to 4 people, Chrystelle's accommodation is for you. Self check-in and checkout, Chrystelle provides clear instructions and responds quickly to requests. The apartment is ideally located, close to all amenities and not far from the center of Olbia. Parking is available near the apartment and easily. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a successful trip. The plus being the very beautiful and large terrace. Great value for the price I would recommend it in a second.

I couldn't find a negative side to this experience in Barbara's home. Centrally located and with all the nearby amenities; well connected both on foot and by car. Very clean and very nice house, with a small terrace on the main street that is a gem. Barbara welcomed us at midnight late and was very kind, giving us directions and tips. Highly recommend, thank you Barbara and see you next time!

We rented both floors of the house and we loved the roof and its view. We could walk to the beach. Bed was fine, it was quiet.

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.
