This place was perfect for my month accommodation for university placement. It was stocked with cleaning supplies and also long life cooking supplies that previous people had left so you don’t have to buy all your supplies like normal. The bathroom is huge and the parking great for a small car. They also bought an extension cable to accommodate the need for my ps5. Only complaint would be the upstairs neighbors footsteps were pretty loud at night. Not sure there is much that could be done to stop that. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Perfectly situated with stunning views. We didn’t use the car at all during our stay as the local buses run in all directions. A visit to the Steam Packet Inn is a must for a tasty meal & a drink. We were lucky that our stay coincided with the Dartmouth Music Festival & enjoyed live music on 2 nights in the Steam Packet. The area is a walker’s delight with a range is walks to suit all abilities. I cannot recommend this wonderful Airbnb highly enough & hope to return for another stay in the future. I didn’t want to leave!

Garth and Anne’s home was perfect for our visit to the University of Exeter Open Day. It’s just a ten-minute walk to the St Luke’s Campus, and either a half-hour walk or a convenient free shuttle to the Streatham Campus, ideal for our needs. The house itself was spotless, with a spacious, light-filled front room, and the location made it easy to walk into Exeter city centre. It’s also a great base for day trips, such as to Torquay. Garth and Anne communicated clearly and promptly throughout, and as a family of four, we found the space very comfortable and well-suited to our stay. Highly recommended!

This place is the most peaceful setting, waking up to a view of the hills, the foliage, the sheep & the cry of the pheasants. It was great! Excellent proximity to trails. Close to town. The space was perfectly appointed, and had all the things we needed to stay comfortably with our 6 month old. I would certainly recommend if you’re needing a recharge in the countryside. And Tanya was quick to respond as needed.

We had a fantastic time at Brookside Farm - Swallow's Return was even nicer than we'd been expecting, with stunning views across the Dorset countryside and everything we needed for a few days of rest. The place was easy to find with the directions provided and we were given a very warm and friendly welcome by Charlotte, Jonni, Stanley and Maurice. They left plenty of local tips and suggestions for us in the apartment, which we made use of. The highlights for us were being given the chance to feed and learn more about their beautiful alpacas, eating out on the terrace in the evening at sunset and enjoying the sound of the brook that runs along the bottom of the farm. If you're looking to disconnect for a few days in a beautiful place surrounded by nature, we'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

The property was stunning and the location was beautiful. Tracy was a wonderful host who took the time to greet us - even baking a delicious Victoria Sponge! She took the time to give us a tour of the property and explained where everything was which was incredibly helpful. There are a vast amount of games and leisure activities on site for all ages. Some of the adults even had a table tennis competition. There was ample space for everyone. We all loved staying for the weekend - 8 adults and a baby & toddler & we had family come and see us at the property as well. It Hank you Tracy for being such a lovely host.

The house was excellent. The furnishings were of a high standard and the kitchen well-equipped. Fiona left other extras which were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

A beautiful place in a perfect location next to the beach in Lyme Regis. Tristan was a great host and we would couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The Annexe is a great place to stay - so comfortable, absolutely spotless and in a beautiful peaceful location close to Seaton. There is everything you could possibly need there. Debbie and Derek are fabulous hosts - really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We can honestly say that it's the best Airbnb we have stayed in and cannot recommend it enough.

This holiday rental provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Information from Julie regarding finding the place was clear, precise and timely. Couldn't ask for anything else. Milk and wine in the fridge was a nice little extra. Many thanks.

The apARTment exceeded our expectations! Absolutely beautiful decor and fabulous art works throughout. Super comfortable the apartment has everything you need to an extremely high standard. We were welcomed by Simon and Theresa had made lemon drizzle cake and left a lovely welcome card and there was a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge with complimentary fresh milk and orange juice in mini school bottles too, a lovely touch. The views are stunning and the garden you have access to also down to the Summerhouse are all beautiful and a true work of love! We hope we will return again and can't recommend highly enough especially for comfort, relaxation and to truly unwind - the balcony is great for an aperitif and coffee in the morning from the Nespresso coffee maker, perfect, perfect, perfect! Great flat, light, airy, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and a great kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, saucepans etc. The flat is really well situated, 4 mins walk from the station and 5 from town where there are some very good restaurants, lots of independent shops and a lovely little market on Friday and Saturday. Don’t miss the wonderful Totnes cinema. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Tom’s place was excellent, perfect location in the centre of town with a parking space. It’s finished beautifully with everything you could need. Would definitely visit again.

Green Tor was perfect. The view is beautiful from the garden and bedroom. The kitchen and house has everything you need. All the house instructions were clearly explained and requested in the welcome folder. Thank you for the milk, toilet rolls and biscuits. Very tasteful decor. There is a porthole window in the bedroom which doesn’t have a blind over it, the only negative for us. Beautiful house, a home from home, thank you. Lyme Regis is just so so pretty, and the surrounding areas. The beaches are beautiful. The walk down and back up were totally ok for me but my partner wasn’t so keen! There’s loads of parking available just inside both sides of the town, most have some hill to walk up but not too far. Parking - everywhere is expensive though, so I’d have just walked up and down the hill! (£1.70+++ per hour). We parked at the police station car park a few times and the walk from there was lovely- via a stream to the Old (working) Mill- worth a visit, so pretty. Deffo go back!

We had a wonderful stay in Rebecca's beautiful cottage. A perfect location, private, tucked away and very quiet but just a short walk from Brixham harbour and town square. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. We really appreciated the welcome basket with coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits, and a pint of milk in the fridge. Rebecca is an excellent host, proactively providing helpful information and responding promptly. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended.

Perfect location! Amazing seaside views, really enjoyed watching the waves and people watching from the comfort of the sofa/bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and lovely touch of bread, milk, jam and biscuits for breakfast the next day. The sofa bed was really comfy for our two children, and plenty of space for our family of four. Super clear instructions to enter, and the parking permit was a huge plus! Really enjoyed our stay!

I’ve just enjoyed my second weekend in Luke’s flat and it won’t be my last! The property is so well stocked with everything you could need and with lots of thoughtful touches. The garden is a lovely little sun trap and private, and there are sun beds and a bbq to enjoy. The location is perfect, just a short walk into town/beach and in the other direction a short walk to the bridge to Shaldon. Thanks again Luke!
