An unforgettable stay with unbeatable views. One of my favourite AirBnb stays of all-time. Thanks to Paul and Janet’s attention to detail, responsiveness to messages and friendly chats, we felt this stay was a home away from home. We feel so rejuvenated and relaxed after this country escape - we can’t wait to be back!

Overall very happy with our mini getaway. Karen was a great host who proactively clearly communicated useful, pertinent infos. We happened to meet Karen and received a warm, friendly greeting with a smile. We felt right at home. The accomodation is flawlessly clean and organised with everything you might need. Great overnight experience.

We absolutely loved this place. Sharon was very gracious in allowing us to check a little earlier with short notice. We arrived to a spotless house which smelled sensational and felt very welcoming. The pantry and fridge were generously stocked with supplies. Sadly the barbecue is not in good condition, but other than that we were right at home. Thanks for your hospitality, Sharon! We would happily stay here again.

Couldn’t recommend this tiny home enough! It’s situated in the most beautiful location with stunning views (and alpacas) on the door step. The home was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Thank you Michelle for such a wonderful stay.

Another wonderful stay at Happy Nest and it won’t be our last. It’s definitely our new “go to”. Everything was just perfect again with even a few extra little touches for the warmer weather that did not go unnoticed. Particularly loved the cushions on the front porch chairs that match the front door. Attention to detail is everything, well done. Could not be happier and we had more time to spend at the house this time due to the extremely hot weather. We were cool comfortable and relaxed, even had an arvo nap which we NEVER even do at home let alone away. Even the dogs were so chilled out we barely knew they were with us. That is a testament to how comfortable we all were! Can’t thank you enough Andrew and Donna for not only sharing your place, but for making it such a home away from home. We’ll be back soon.

Just a magnificent home with history seeping from every part. Extremely comfortable beds, beautiful gardens. Amazing antiques, collectables & curiosities to wonder at inside the home as well as the out buildings. Dorothy left family history books out for us to help in our search for information about our ancestors & was just all around kind. Wonderful, authentic experience.

What a gorgeous little find in Bendigo! Waking up to the soft pattering rain on Saturday morning encouraged us to raise the cute original double hung windows and lie in and relax, taking in the incredibly peaceful garden sounds. Easy to walk straight into town, lovely accessible bathroom and amazing shower and beautiful little ‘extra’ and welcoming touches made our stay one to remember. We will definitely be back!

An absolute gem of an Airbnb. Wendy welcomed us with a history of the cottage & offered help if we needed any information. The cottage is just beautiful - charming, perfectly clean, comfy bed & good sized ensuite. There was food to get us started & the kitchen had everything you would ever need. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your amazing cottage & peaceful surroundings.
