We had a problem with our hotel in Savannah so last minute we booked this great apartment. Matthew responded immediately so the process went very smooth. By the time we arrived at the apartment we could get right in. Thank you Matthew for such a quick response time! It made our frustrating night at the hotel turn out so much better! The apartment is great! Just as pictured. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Matthew is very good with communication. Instructions were perfect. We had a fabulous stay!!!

Spacious, easy to find. Good location. The pool area and amenities were great, we were lucky to have great weather during our stay so we were able to use the pool. Easy to uber to downtown area for shops and restaurants. Matthew very quick to respond with any questions/concerns. Highly recommend.

Greeted immediately by the owners upon arrival. Kind and so helpful. Offered us their cast iron skillet to cook our ribeyes with. Absolutely gorgeous property. Landscaping, view and furnishings cannot be beat. We truly enjoyed waking up to sunrises on the back porch and the sound of birds singing. Don’t miss out on this lovely rental. Owners have spared no expense on linens, and tasteful appropriate furnishings. We’d love to come back in June when we are back in town!

Matthew's apartment was very nice and clean. It was an excellent location for us to easily visit our relatives and find good, close restaurants. I really enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon.

Surprisingly closer to things. The drive to downtown Savannah is 15 minutes away at the most but if you don’t feel like driving that far Pooler, is right up the street which has tons of dining and shopping. This place is really a true hidden GEM

My stay was comfortable and relaxing, which was exactly what I was aiming for. The location was central to everything so getting out and about was easy and time efficient. Each location I visited was only a short drive away. Ian provided everything needed for a wonderful stay. His kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances, dishes, and cookware necessary for me to prepare meals. Cleaning supplies and plenty of towels were also provided. The bathroom had all necessities. The space was the perfect size and he had some cool features such as a luggage stand as well as outlets on the headboard, as well as the guitar on display. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows. He was extremely responsive and helpful to my communication.

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and perfect for my 2 nights there!

We booked our night last minute on our drive home from florida and Shawn was responsive even at night! The space was great clean and the bed was COMFORTABLE and HUGE!! Only thing i would say is to include the apt # in the address because we had a couple minutes of confused searching for the right door but once we found it, unlocking the door was simple. Also the kitchen was stocked with coffee supplies which I appreciated
