We had a wonderful stay. There were plenty of restaurants within a short walk and it was very quiet in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

Adam and Eva are the kindest and the most attendant pearls in the coziest of seashells of their loving creation. The apartment is perfect size, clean, beautiful, quiet and well-stocked with all the amenities you need, plus so many extras. A fully renovated beautiful traditional Brussels town house, there are new fittings in every room and new appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom. The many wonderful extras included weekly Belgian chocolate replenishments, cleanups, garbage disposals, and helpful recommendations for great outings in and out of Brussels. Both me and my wife hadn't slept as well and as deeply for such a long time as we did in your little microcosm of coziness. We already miss our little temporary home in Brussels and our host, hostess and their lovely family.

The place is comfortable and enjoyable. Very good welcome from the owners present at check-in and check-out. The metro is very convenient to go to the center of Brussels but not close to the accommodation. We used the free parking next to the subway. Very nice stay with a top-notch accommodation.

We spent a wonderful week in Brussels at the beginning of March and the flat was perfect from all points of view for our little family. Even our very critical 12 year old son loved it. The flat is very bright and offers a great panoramic view from the large window in the living room. It is of optimal size, furnished with charm and everything we needed was there (enough towels, enough kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a hoover etc.) In the flat, there is also a very helpful folder in which Edwige has noted everything that is important and interesting in Ixelles . So you don't waste time looking for a supermarket oder a bakery. By the way, everything ist nearby and even the bus stop to get to the center is almost right outside the door. We didn't have a personal handover of the keys , but everything went very well and uncomplicated. Edwige was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely love to come back.

Great location in the centre of Brussels with lots to see and do in the area but when you go into the apartment it’s so quiet you feel like you can escape the busy streets below. Excellent communication from Véronique. Check in and check out was smooth . The stairs up to the apartment would be a problem if you had reduced mobility/a little frail but is ok if you are fit. Extremely clean and tidy apartment. Good amenities should you need them. A very comfortable stay and would recommend as a base to see Brussels.

It was a very cute place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. The heaters worked very well too. We were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every morning. We had a very restful stay. It was a 20mins tram ride to the city centre. We got to see many places and not just the tourist area. We were able to check in way ahead of time and also Johanna allowed us to keep the bags at her place after checking out.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time! The location could not be better. So close to the Grand Place with tons of restaurants close. The communication was so easy and helpful. The accommodations were great- comfortable sleeping for all of us. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Everything went well. The elevator was broken but thanks to the detailed instructions I found the other entrance with the elevator that works. Everything is cramped in the building, the common areas and the apartment which has a very small kitchen, a small bathroom. However, for a short trip, the accommodation is quite suitable. It's clean and well-maintained. There's no soap, shampoo, or food except for some instant coffee and sugar. The bed is comfortable. Heating is efficient.

We were very comfortable and the apartment is as described,the area is very quiet and easily accessible to the center, although we say walking to all places to see the streets of Brussels public service is great,good feeling in all aspects
