The apartment is located in a historically and geographically interesting region. In the vicinity of castles and palaces, including the largest Książ Castle, but also the Grodno Castle in Zagórze Śl. where the lake is located. Bystrzyckie and the water dam. A few kilometers away, you will find the Palace in Jedlina, the Riese complex. 50 minutes by car to the ski resorts in the Owl Mountains and to the border with the Czech Republic, where the Rock City and the Monastery in Broumov await. NOTE! The apartment is located on a busy street! Unfortunately, I can't change that.

We offer an apartment on the first floor with a spacious equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop and oven. You will also find a stylish bathroom with a shower and toilet in the apartment. The heart of the apartment is a large living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed. You can enjoy a peaceful sleep in a separate bedroom on a 140 cm wide bed. We offer table football and a selection of wines from our own wine cellar.

It is secured with a drinking water canister (10 l), but please note that it is not possible to use the shower. The flushing toilet is replaced with a chemical toilet (inside the cottage) for this period.

Room in a quiet neighborhood

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

Spacious first floor apartment with a large garden in the centre of a small village near Adrspassko-teplicke rocks. A great starting point for both small and big journeys in this lovely region. Easily accessible by car, train or bus. Comfortable accommodation for up to four people (children's bed and a baby cot available on request). Our guests are welcome to enjoy all the perks of our garden, including strawberries, blueberries, etc. A small shop and a small inn are just across the road.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former farm from 1887 with an area of about 40 m2. Guests have at their disposal a separate bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a set of dishes for preparing meals. The kitchen also has a sofa bed for two people, less comfortable than the beds in the bedroom;) A climatic bathroom with a shower. The space is dedicated to 1-4 people. You can come with your dog. The apartment is located in a rental house in the center of Broumov. The 50m2 apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and entrance hall. The apartment is suitable for couples, group of friends, family with children, but also for pets (by prior arrangement). In the surroundings you will find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area and the Adršpašsko-Teplice rock town.

Mountain Retreat for Two

A cozy studio apartment (19m2), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, as well as various types of kitchenware. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an air mattress (equipped) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.

There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.
