This place was amazing! You could truly feel all the love put in to creating it in every detail big and small! Although the tiny home is directly attached to their main residence it still felt very private and was exceptionally quiet. Both beds were very comfortable and the European style bathroom was surprisingly user friendly! We especially loved looking through Ruthie’s scrap book on how the place came to be! We will definitely keep this at the top of our list for our next visit to Louisville!

Came for a short stay on a solo trip and it was exactly what I was looking for. Easy access to all the places I wanted to see, nice quiet neighborhood to come back to at the end of the day. Joey was a really cool guy and gave me some local recommendations and directions. Would definitely come back!

We have stayed at many Airbnb across the globe, and this will be the most memorable. Partly due to the amazing guest suite and certainly because of the hosts, Billy and Lynn. The guest suite had a fully stocked kitchen, unlike any other stay we have booked. It had everything. The living area was big and spacious, with room for inflatable mattress. Bedroom and all the linens were perfect. The outside area is unreal. You can literally walk out the backdoor and be in open space with walking/biking trail in 5 min or to the Apex rec center with 3 pools, gym, ice rink and more in 3 min. The property is huge and private. If your looking for walking distance bars/restuarants and in the city mix, this is not the place. But if your looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, hosts that are good people and always there to help when needed, then take a look it. We highly recommend the place and certainly will book again.

We had a wonderful time at Beth and Donovan’s. They were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a clean, beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. We only had a few days to spend in Colorado and we felt like this was a great base to be able to visit all of the places we wanted to see. I would definitely book with them again!

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

This was a great place. Great entrance. We stayed for a Birthday Celebration Weekend we were close to our family in Thornton and Broomfield. Responsive host.

Honestly was an amazing stay, they had everything and more. The fridge and pantry were even stocked with complimentary things to enjoy. They were extremely responsive and respectful, really made you feel at home. Nothing was confusing and the amenities were top tier. I would not only stay here again, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Denver.

Me and my wife LOVED this stay! The private hot tub and sauna were to die for! We kept talking about how we’d love to come back and stay again! Do yourself a favor and book your nights here and melt your stress away in the hot tub!

Barbara and Paul's guest suite is even cozier and more spacious than the photos suggest! It's the perfect home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the charming nearby towns. The location is central, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Barbara is an incredibly responsive and attentive host, always available to help with anything guests might need. And the friendly kitties on the property add a warm, welcoming touch—they’re excellent unofficial greeters! I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place, whether you're planning a quick getaway or a longer visit. It has everything you need to feel right at home.

I could not find a negative thing to say about this place if I tried! Every single thing about this Airbnb is well thought out (they even labeled the light switches).

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and having driveway parking was definitely a plus. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark during check-in, so arriving in daylight might be easier. Just a heads-up -- there’s a dog in the main house you can sometimes hear at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Would recommend for a quiet getaway!

We loved our stay at Chris’s and Gretchen’s place. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out! The place was super clean and comfortable, and the linens were crispy white. It has every amenity you need, including perforated wavy toilet paper (little touches like this are noticeable and appreciated:-) Gretchen was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay and the best part, we didn’t need to do anything on checkout besides RELAX. We would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

My friend and I had an amazing girls trip! This was in a very cute and safe place/neighborhood. All instructions were given perfectly to get into the unit. Everything you need and more is here for you. The unit is very clean with plenty of room. The vibe is awesome! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend, Thank you ✌️🫶

The cabin is isolated and quiet. Located about 25 minutes up a windy mountain, it could be challenging to get to in the winter. Be ready to see deer and bears , we saw both in the driveway! Very secluded, get groceries before coming up. It’s beautiful. The cabin was s great.

check in was straight forward and simple. I had a possible need to check in a few hours early and Eric was very accommodating. located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of the necessities like grocery stores nearby. All in all, a nice stay. would book again

I don’t even know how to explain how much I loved this place. It was the kind of place that feeds your soul. Such an adorable family sharing their personal space with strangers. It was such a refreshing, community centered experience in a world so rapidly leaning into isolation. I did not have much interaction with them even though they lived on site, but the little interactions we had were lovely. Space was adorable and so thoughtfully designed. It made me want to abandon all my belongings and live in a tiny home community. ❤️ Thank you Jessica, and fam. Hot tub & sauna were great, the zip line & swing tickled our inner child and the whole experience was lovely. Will definitely be back.

We wanted something between downtown Denver and Red Rocks, this was a GREAT find. We walked to dinner at the Italian place LITERALLY around the corner. We took the train from Arvada to downtown Denver and navigation was simple. We were able to walk through out downtown from Union Station. After the concert at Red Rocks it was a short drive back to the house.

AnneMarie and Ivan's place was perfect for us. The entryway was convenient for storing our bikes and equipment. Access to the running/biking trails was right out the door. We loved walking into downtown Niwot for coffee and food. The location was convenient for getting into Boulder and Niwot. The living space was very clean, bright and spacious. The dog barked at times but was never a nuisance. Overall, it was a great stay.
