Monthly Rentals in Brooke County

I was in for a conference in Steubenville, and Tracie’s place could hardly be in a more convenient spot, especially since I was driving. Very close to downtown, just across the bridge. The basement apartment was private, well furnished, and comfortable.

This stay was exactly what I needed. I was only in the area for one night but the host made sure I had everything I needed to have a good experience. the space was clean and well maintained. A storm rolled through and knocked down some trees across the road, but the host was very proactive with instructions and made sure that I was able to check in just fine. The scenery on the drive there as well as just outside the front door is beautiful

We have stayed at the loft several times over the past 6 years. Theresa has always been a gracious host, with quick responses for any of our needs. We will continue to stay there in the future. Best Regards Robert W Frank P

Most amazing hosts that go far and beyond to make sure you are taking care of. House is incredible, especially if you appreciate quality craftsmanship. Better than the photos. Such comfortable furnishings, bedding…Outdoor deck off master bedroom and outdoor seating area is a plus to this beautiful home. Highly recommend!
