Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Broken Hill

Great location, close to the main drag of Broken Hill. Close to everything you need like shops, takeaway food, pubs and not far from sites. Everything was clean and comfortable, we felt right at home.

The house was very clean and well appointed ; layout with furniture and bedding was top class. The only problem we had was with the people living across the road ; very load shouting and the language was something else but that's out of Candice control. Next time we visit Broken Hill would we stay in this house ; YES ; just bring earmuffs.

Great abode and location to all we wanted to do in Broken Hill. Wonderful to be able to come back and relax with plenty of space after exploring the town and surrounding area. Christy was a great host and communicated readily with us. The renovations make this feel like a comfortable home away from home which allowed us to recharge our batteries as well as see all that was on offer.

Great house for our stay, 3 adults and 4 children (inc teenagers) Lots of room, looks exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable house. Air con was appreciated on hot days. All appliances were in working order & house was clean. Steve is a responsive & friendly host. Would definitely recommend if traveling to Broken Hill.

Unique, welcoming and had everything we needed. House has been beautifully curated - we could have spent a week just reading the history and finding interesting historic pieces. Really great host for communication and information.

We had a great stay. Cute little house. Beds were a little hard for my liking but may be perfect for others. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in Broken Hill, and this home was the perfect place to live and relax. Behrooz is an exceptional host—he was incredibly responsive and always ready to assist with any issues we encountered. The house itself is just as described in the listing: comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is a standout feature—we prepared many meals there, and it had all the essentials and more. Having both a washing machine and dryer was an added bonus that made keeping our clothes fresh and clean effortless, something not many rentals offer. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Broken Hill. You won’t be disappointed!

Elliot went out of his way to help us during our stay. I arrived in Broken hill to fix the towns power. There was no power when I arrived and Elliot delivered me an esky stocked with water, ice and other beverages. Thanks again Elliott.

Dianne was amazing and very accommodating. She also went out of her way to get a jumper back to us that we left behind which was incredibly kind! The house was neat and tidy and very serene. The kitchen was very well equipped too. The sunset views were spectacular. I only wish there was an easier access to the water from the house as the grass was deceptively long and thick and the water is quite far out. (Not great for young kids) It would be amazing if there was a clear path. We ended up driving to the lake nearby to have an easy access to the water. In saying that the house was really well equipped for kids, it had lots of books and toys and there is sand that is easily accessible from the house where the kids can play. Overall we had a really lovely time. And it was a wonderful relaxing getaway.

After a long day driving, Grumpy's Flat was exactly what we needed. Location was great and it's very cosy and comfortable. And an added bonus is it's pet friendly with a small yard that our dog loved. Marilyn was also a great host.

I absolutely loved this place. it's quirky for sure, but if you love animals and the outback this is the perfect combination. Petahs' energy is extraordinary, but her passion to protect all animals is apparent in how she cares for the menagerie of animals on her farm. They are an eclectic bunch but so worth the visit. Walking distance to Silverton for morning coffee and baked good, or a beer and a meal for lunch or dinner at the pub. 19kms from the remarkable outback town of Broken Hill. Just loved it ❤️

Lovely cottage on the hill! I really annoyed my stay at hillside haven. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything I needed for a work trip. The location was easy with a car. I enjoyed sitting in the sun on the front verandah in the morning.

Charlie’s House is a great place to stay in Broken Hill. The house is super clean, comfortable and well equipped and Jodie thought of so many little touches to make us feel at home. Dog bowls and treats and a stocked fridge made it so easy to arrive and relax. The house is on quite a large road but traffic sound day or night was not a problem at all. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. Place was truly spotless, location was good, beds were super comfy, everything modern and clean, great value, would definitely stay again.
