Lovely cottage in Brixton village, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect for a peaceful country retreat. The cottage is a 3 minute walk from a local pub ~ The Foxhound which has award winning food & a local shop for groceries and a fish & chip shop. There are loads of fantastic walks near the cottage, which take you down silverbridge lake. We are not far from Plymouth city centre for shopping, restaurants & nightlife and there are loads of beautiful beaches a short drive away.

Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation introducing a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, cinema room with surround sound and PS5 and games room which includes a full-size pool table and table football. There is private parking for 6 car cars with an EV charging point and the outside space includes a huge decked area and a large secure garden.

Very Large open space with high ceiling , large windows, walk out on the garden for stunning views overlooking the sea. Inside area includes one king size double bed and one smaller four poster double, An en-suite all inclusive shower room, dining table, big wood-burner, large wall mounted surround sound TV with Netflix, comfortable seating areas. BBQ area with great views.

This recently refurbished space was designed to provide independently accessed guest accommodation for the main house and is available for the first time to visitors of the area looking for short term stays. Best described as a large ground floor apartment with own front door, kitchen, bed sitting room & shower room. An hotel would call it a deluxe suite

The accommodation is the entire first floor of a detached house in a quiet area with a beach nearby. Guests have parking on the driveway and access via a private door. This leads to stairs to the first floor, this will be solely for guests. This area consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and a third smaller room to prepare and heat food, dine and watch TV. This first floor will be totally private to visiting guests during their stay.
