Villa vacation rentals in British Virgin Islands

We had a lovely stay at this renovated and spacious villa. The location is perfect—peaceful. The views from the living room, and balcony are stunning, and the bed was very comfortable. A nice touch was the welcome non-alcoholic champagne, which made us feel right at home. However, there were a couple of downsides. The cleaning could have been better—for example, the mirrors were not cleaned properly. Also, while text communication went smoothly, the phone communication felt a bit irritated and unfriendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this villa for its comfort, location, and relaxing atmosphere.

The charm of the Hideaway is the quiet, remote location. The views are spectacular! The beach is very private with lounge chairs and a pergola - we were the only ones there! The open-air dining area is spacious and we loved being able to look out at sea while eating. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was a cool experience. The kitchen had all we needed to make simple meals, including a blender for frozen island drinks. :-) Filtered water and an ice-maker in the fridge were key. Libby was a great host - very communicative, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We did end up renting a Jeep since it is a bit far from from Great Harbour and the roads are very steep, but Foxy's Taboo is a short 1-mile walk down the road and their food is excellent. I do recommend bringing some provisions with you so you don't have to make the trek back to town because once you're there, you won't want to leave!

We really loved the location. Right on the water. No one was staying in the large house on the property so we were able to use the pool and were alone on the private beach. Tori, the driver helped us when we needed anything. The cottage was very clean. Thanks!

Beautiful house in an absolutely beautiful location. House was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook with. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens provided. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, it was a nice short walk. The view from both decks are amazing!

We had an incredible stay at Sand Dollar. The location was perfect - quiet & private, yet just a short drive to Smuggler’s Cove & within walking distance to Long Bay Beach. We loved the peace at the villa; we rarely saw anyone else, which made it feel like our own little getaway. Plus, the location was super convenient for catching the ferry to Jost Van Dyke. The house itself was beautifully updated, offering both comfort & style. It was well-maintained & had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy living space. One of the highlights was the back deck with its incredible views - we even spotted flamingos in the pond one morning! Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the hosts was excellent. They took the time to walk us through the ins and outs of the island, offering local recommendations that made our trip even better. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this villa if you’re visiting Tortola!

Tina and the team at Guavaberry were incredible!! They made us feel very welcome and the Rockmere property was stunning. Tina helped to expertly guide us from the moment we booked until we checked out. From navigating the ferries, to car rental, day trips, and restaurant recommendations, her guidance was invaluable. Rockmere was a stunning home and the location was ideal. It was a very easy walk to the Baths, Little Trunk Bay & Spring Bay. The photos don’t do it justice. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Baths and out to the other Virgin Islands was magical. The home was perfectly appointed with everything we could need. Our family had the best time together and we can’t wait to go back. We will definitely rebook all trips with Tina & Guavaberry!!

Angela's house was amazing - it had everything you need (including beach toys and chairs!) and is a short walk to Long Bay beach and a short car ride to Smugglers Cove (our favourite). It's quiet and offers amazing views over the bay. Angela was very responsive, friendly and helpful. If we ckme back to Tortola, this will be our first choice!

Fabulous view, quiet location. New furnishings. Great bedding/linens. Provided an early check in as available. Great recommendations for taxi driver, which made it easy to get around the island by scheduling him each day as needed. Beautiful harbor. We will return.

we loved the location where we stayed. it was private, away from the noise , and the views were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a quiet get away.

Marcia was super responsive and very helpful. When we got lost finding the place, she drove and met us at a landmark we were at and we followed her to the place! She went above and beyond in making sure we were accommodated and the place was absolutely beautiful!! Super clean and amazing view. Truly amazing. We will be back.

Xyla was a great host - very communicative and helpful. came by to drop garbage bags right away when we needed them. One thing for those who haven't been to BVI before (we hadn't) is you'll definitely need a car, and the roads are very cool but steep. Beautiful location with great views -- but know it's not in town and not walkable.

Bigger Splash was perfect for our group of 9 family members. We really enjoyed walking to the Baths and Spring Bay and eating many of our meals in the house. The living room has a spectacular view and the sunsets from the roof were beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and brand new snorkeling equipment. The villa staff were very helpful and responsive.

Turnstone Villa was an unbelievable location and property. There is a mango tree and a papaya tree in the yard. You can see to the ocean from the decks. Kiara was a wonderful host, meeting us at the dock after many delays, making sure we got our rental car and showing us to the property and around the property. She left homemade fruit punch and rum punch for us to enjoy also. The best thing about the villa is its location. It is walking distance (maybe 50-100 yards) to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Which are not crowded, many times we were the only people there. there is tons to look at right at those beaches with a mask/goggles or to climb between the rocks to several other nearby lagoons. We swam over to the Baths (it is that close!), or it is a 5 min drive. The one downside is that there are roosters roaming about the yard and they do make a lot of noise. For restaurants nearby with great views and food, would recommend Cocomaya and the Reef.

We just returned from our 2nd trip to Villa Towanda and it was just as amazing as our first visit. The views are absolutely stunning and everyone was a delight to work with. We will definitely be back for a 3rd visit!

Gorgeous villa…even nicer than the pictures. The pool and outside area were fantastic. So nice to sit outside and relax while listening to the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the option to have groceries delivered was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We did lots of beach hopping and really enjoyed being so close to Smuggler’s cove. If we ever find ourselves back in Tortola we’ll be back!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning villa on the west end of Tortola! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from every room in the house. Whether we were waking up in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the scenery was simply unforgettable. The villa itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The lush plantings surrounding the property created a private, tropical oasis, and the pool was nothing short of fabulous—perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. It was an ideal setup for a family vacation. The layout gave everyone space to relax, yet kept us all connected. We’ve made lasting memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Tortola!

This villa is even more beautiful in person than it appears in the pictures. Casita Villa was a little slice of heaven on Virgin Gorda. The host (Tina) greeted me and made sure that I had clear instructions and guidance on how everything works. She took me to the villa and made sure I was settled in. The surrounding garden was absolutely gorgeous and made the area seem peaceful and private.The housekeeping staff was respectful, attentive and kept the villa clean. Waking up to the view of the ocean from the bed was amazing and having a private pool was definitely a plus. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family and I hope to be able to visit again soon.

View is amazing. You are close to a few marinas, restaurants & and grocery store. You MUST have 4-Wheel drive or use their driver. The driveway/road is 1/2 mile to main street with gravel & it’s very steep. The house could use a little TLC. It is an island, I understand but the house is damp smelling upstairs. The master downstairs ceiling came down during the freak tropical rain storm while we were there. It can also use some more kitchen supplies. It is not conducive to really cooking/eating for a group. There was no laundry supplies even tho there was Washer/Dryer so bring if u want to wash clothes. Outside needs fans & citronella desperately. It’s very buggy day or night. The place is amazing and a great deal. Especially for large groups or multiple families. We would stay there again. Claudia the concierge was amazing. Lionel the driver equally great and gave us history every time we drove somewhere. I would recommend this house.

We stayed at Villa Almondeen for 21 nights. The setting is perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room and an amazing covered porch with a small pool sitting right on the oceans edge (no easy access to ocean immediately in front of house though). Quite private setting. Janice the host is amazing. So remarkably friendly and responsive. Always got back to us rather quickly. Had great advice on beaches and restaurants etc. Traveled the entire island by car over the 3 weeks----this home in Ballast Bay adjacent to Cane Garden Bay is the best area we saw. Walked over the hill to Cane Garden Bay daily. Many great restaurants within 15 min drive. The home was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival and at the end of each week was cleaned again---no issues. Janice made check in simple. Had the memorable chance to meet many of her family as an added bonus. We have rented many times over the years in many areas of the world----this was probably the best.

The Best Location I have stayed in, in a while the view the atmosphere the host ,Everything was 10☆ Don't hesitate to choose here it was the best. you won't Regret it. the Host went above and Beyond to make my Stay a Memorable one.

We really enjoyed our 9-night stay at Azure Vista. What a lovely place! Sam and her colleague Sharlene were so friendly and responsive. We only had 2 small needs during our stay and a quick text to Sharlene had them sorted right away. Kitchen was well supplied. Bedrooms comfortable as were the mix of indoor and outdoor areas. Views spectacular. Can’t recommend the place enough. Just be ready for driving those steep hills!

There's not much to add as a review of Nick's wonderful home that hasn't been said already. We just spent 10 days there for the third year in a row, and this is our third review. Because of the 4 king bed rooms (two on each side of the center living area), his place can certainly accommodate four couples with plenty of privacy (our trips have been just my wife and myself), each bedroom and a number of outdoor dining and relaxing spots all having world class views of the Carribean from about 200 feet above the sea. Being right above a nice beach provides a constant sound of waves hitting the beach that adds to the ambience of the villa. The villa is well equipped (we cooked every meal there), clean and comfortable. Has WiFi and TV's for those who need or want Internet access and entetainment. Nick (the owner) and Jon and Jude (the on island management team) are terrific people and very accommodating. We hope to be back again to our personal favorite vacation spot on the planet.
