Villa vacation rentals in British Virgin Islands

Had a wonderful stay at Seascape Villas. The villa was clean, spacious and matched the photos - close to the restaurants and beaches of the West End. Meade was responsive to any requests although most amenities were already provided.

We booked Pineapple House, but were upgraded to the two bedroom Coconut House that is adjacent to the pool. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and sparkling. Actually luxurious. Vicki responded to questions by email within minutes. Tori and Sean provided rides from airport and to town. We had access to the kitchen in the larger house and to the laundry room, which was a big plus. There is a small grocery store just two blocks away (where we bought coffee and breakfast stuff) and one restaurant two blocks and another at about 6 blocks, all walkable, though the sidewalk has some tricky portions. It was a lovely stay and we felt like celebrities in such lavish surroundings. Since it was not high season, we were alone on the property most of the time.

We had a fabulous stay here - the view from the deck and the proximity to Smuggler's Cove really made it special! There is a nice little path that takes you right to the road leading to the beach - less than a ten minute walk to what became our favorite beach on the island. Both Heather and the house manager were very responsive and immediately took care of a few issues we encountered on arrival. A word of advice - try to avoid arriving at night. The roads aren't well marked and we had a little problem finding the house. The driveway is a bit of a challenge but we knew that going in and mastered it. And bring bug spray. There are no screens upstairs so we had a few mosquitoes in the living room and kitchen area. Fortunately all of the beds had mosquito nets so they didn't bother us at night. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Breathtaking views, with a lovely space to match. I can definitely see myself coming back here; Hopefully next time there is AC in every room. The scenic drive is definitely something to experience for yourself.

Private, pristine, and peaceful. Nigel and Karen were accommodating allowing us to check out a little later due to our ferry departure time. Friendly and kind hosts with the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever seen. It’s a little steep of a walk into town from the house if you’re not used to mountains, but a beautiful view of the harbor and local mountain goats if you choose to venture off by foot. Taxis are always available as well. The balcony offers the best view of the harbor from anywhere on the island. Truly serene and rejuvenating. We’ll be back.

The location is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny! It is in a very quiet and secluded area within walking distance to 2 different beaches and restaurants. Angela's house had everything we needed for our stay - including washer and dryer! We highly recommend and will return!

Pauline's place was a perfect base for enjoying Cane Garden Bay and the surrounding area. Her house is nicely decorated with a laid back beach vibe, it's newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped. The bedroom was air conditioned and the bed was comfortable. The deck had a great view of the Bay. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and a row of beach bars and restaurants. Pauline recommended some really good ones. She also arranged a taxi to pick us up and drive us to the house with an optional service to stop for groceries on the way. Pauline was very responsive, answering all my questions promptly. We had a great stay and would recommend highly.

We had a great time in this apartment. Stany is an awesome Host. We had some difficulties reaching out to his place and we called him and he answered us really quickly. He came to where we were, and led us to his place. The apartment has an awesome view. Pictures do not do justice to this place. I will definitely recommend this place for sure. Everything works perfectly. Air conditioning is great, the kitchen is nice and has all the supplies. The beds are big and comfortable. The Internet runs nice as well. It is a great place to work from home. Stany respects your privacy and gives you space to feel like home. One more thing, the apartment was really clean when we arrived.

The Limeberry House was a truly great experience for us and it all starts with an amazing owner. Our stay was a last minute booking as our yacht charter abruptly came to an end due to Tropical Storm Ernesto. Jon was extremely professional and managed to juggle our reservation request while helping a group of 120 kids (who were also on boats) find suitable accommodations for the storm. Ernesto put us in a very uncomfortable situation and Jon came to the rescue! Jon's place is a very beautiful open air concept with cold AC, the comforts of home and stunning views from its verandahs.. One of the greatest advantages with Limeberry was the back up generator. When the Bvi turned the power off for the entire country we had uninterrupted AC the entire stay and it was wonderful, a full testament to a man who understands island living and what it takes sometimes to make people comfortable. Thank you so much Jon for making our BVI adventure that much more awesome! We hope to be back soon!

Bigger Splash was perfect for our group of 9 family members. We really enjoyed walking to the Baths and Spring Bay and eating many of our meals in the house. The living room has a spectacular view and the sunsets from the roof were beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and brand new snorkeling equipment. The villa staff were very helpful and responsive.

We were impressed with Rhanna and how well she responded to our requests! The house was beautiful and the views amazing! It is not walkable to the beach, a car is a must.

Don and Marnie were great host! They were available to anything we needed, but not intrusive. The views front the front porch are an amazing way to start and end each day. The home is stocked with all the amenities needed for an extended stay. And if there is something you may need, don't hesitate to ask them for anything. wonderful people and a wonderful home. Kurt

The house is awsome, I'm in the building business and I can tell you this an awsome house. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you can think of. The veiws are amazing, the pool and patio are perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach. Anthony was friendly and responsive. You need a car to get around, walking to the beach is not an option.

Stunning views, and a great layout for families and friends. Very friendly, responsive and helpful host/owner and gracious, helpful, wonderful local contact/caretaker. We plan to come back!

Gorgeous villa…even nicer than the pictures. The pool and outside area were fantastic. So nice to sit outside and relax while listening to the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the option to have groceries delivered was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We did lots of beach hopping and really enjoyed being so close to Smuggler’s cove. If we ever find ourselves back in Tortola we’ll be back!

Our stay at AnaCapri was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stayed with our 3 children and Karen gave us so many helpful hints before our arrival. I had lots of questions leading up to our stay and Karen was immediately responsive. The views from her home are spectacular and the living area is perfect for families. We enjoyed reading books and playing games that were provided at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and I was thrilled to have all of the items that I’m used to cooking with in my own home. I would recommend this vacation home over and over again! We are so grateful for the hospitality.

Our stay at the Holidaze Villas was lovely. Carol and Champion were welcoming and excellent hosts. The home was spacious and comfortable with amazing views in all directions. The West End is a quiet and lovely part of the island with access to some of the best beaches and an easy drive to great restaurants. We loved spending time by the pool and grilling on the deck. All bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious with comfy beds, linens, and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed! We appreciated the beach chairs and pool toys that were available for our use as well. Overall we had an excellent stay and would certainly return again! We highly recommend the Holidaze Villas for anyone visiting Tortola.

What an amazing place to stay for six days! My wife and I just feel in love with the cottage and we cooked as well as tried some great restaurants like Indigo, and 1748. Having a pool was perfect to cool off and just take in the beautiful Cane Garden Bay vista from the cottage. Roads to get there may be challenging for some drivers not accustomed to island style roads however if you can drive on St. John you can drive here too and having a vehicle allowed us to see all kinds of things that we would have missed. Would definitely recommend this for the adventure travelers.
