Vacation rentals with a pool in British Virgin Islands

I recently stayed at The Lighthouse with some friends and finding this villa was one of the main reasons we chose to make the trip to the BVI. Mark was incredibly responsive, making the booking process seamless and easy. Once we confirmed our stay, Mark and Heather provided contacts and information to help us plan the rest of our trip. Our local host, Joe, was also very attentive, even checking in a few times via chat to ensure everything was going smoothly. The villa is beautiful and even better in person. The views are breathtaking, and the open design allowed us to enjoy lovely breezes throughout our stay. Its location is central to the Road Town area, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, and the ferry for convenient day trips to other islands. We had an amazing time and highly recommend booking The Lighthouse.

The location is gorgeous. It felt like fantasy island. There is so much wow factor with the home. Beautiful sunsets, beach access to crystal clear water, tree frogs singing, etc. We enjoyed ourselves and were lucky to have friends of Ajit staying the day of our visit and it was a pleasure to get to know them. Ajit was able to pick us up from the ferry and stopped on our way to the villa to show other great views and provided history of the wonderful Virgin Gorda. We will definitely plan another stay on purpose next time. lol. Thank you so much. You are a wonderful host.

Anna-Kaye’s place was the perfect home base for my wife and I’s trip. We came to the island to surf/relax and we were not disappointed one bit. We ended up canceling our rental truck reservation and opted for her pickup/drop off service. Along with renting her car. Saved us some money and enabled us to get our bearings really quickly, as Anna-Kaye was so sweet and gave us the local low-down. The unit is steps from the beach,you can see the water from the bed, and the all access resort was a solid bonus. We used the gym,pool,got massages, dinner,etc. Saw some people in reviews mention it was secluded…town is an 8 minute drive and the whole island is only 40 mins from one end to the other. We drove it several days to surf some spots on the west coast along with hitting some good snorkel beaches over that way. Such a pretty drive. All in all, would recommend! If you are familiar with true island life. Nothing will disappoint you here.

Janice was amazing. She was very helpful and the home was so peaceful. Just what we needed.

Philicia is a great host. She set up a driver to pick us up and navigate the extremely pot holed drive to her place stopping at a grocery store on the way that had a great selection of goods. She responded when we had questions or needed something. For staying out of the hubbub but walkable to restaurants and the coastline I’d recommend her place. 100% you need to rent a vehicle unless you want to not explore or see the rest of BI. Taxis are expensive and limiting. There is only AC in the bedroom, ceiling fans in the rest of the property. Thanks Philicia for a great stay

My staying was beyond expectations. View was superbe. Room is cozy, clean and with all the amenities (AC, TV, ventilator, etc…) properly working. There is also a little space with fridge and kitchenette cutlery. Brynley and her family were great host. The location is a little hard to find but Brynley was available to meet up at a known location and lead me to the her house. Ambiance is in the green, peaceful and quiet. Slept really well. View on the bay is superbe. I recommend it and might return.

Stunning views!!! Sitting on the patio watching the sunrise , hearing the ocean and drinking coffee, It doesn’t get any better. House was clean and beautifully appointed. We did not spend much time at the home and sadly did not get to swim in the pool. Very busy days with excursions daily. We had everything we needed. Katie was exceptional!! When we missed our ferry Katie and Michelle went over and beyond to calm us and find an alternative. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to stay here again.

A GEM OF A FIND! Absolutely wonderful house, location & host! Thomas was super responsive and incredibly helpful. There had been some bad weather so not sure if he usually does this or if it was due to some roads being closed but Thomas met us from the airport, waiting patiently despite one of our group being held up at immigration for almost two hours!! Despite waiting for us for some time, Thomas was still really cheery & welcoming. He lead us to the house & explained everything to us. The house itself was absolutely fabulous! As per previous reviews, very well equipped. We weren’t wanting for anything! Truly a gorgeous view, easy to get to, lovely host and will absolutely book again when back on Tortola. Thank you very much Thomas & hopefully see you soon! :)

Don’t second guess, just go ahead and book! The pictures do not do this place justice at all. We came here on our honeymoon and ended up extending our stay because of how beautiful and relaxing this place is! We are hoping to make this a yearly trip for us and already counting down the days till we can come back. Ben and his son were amazing hosts. They were quick to reply and gave us some great spots to check out! Just a heads up, make sure to get mosquito repellent!
