The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travelers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is just minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in all respects as described. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

Bérangère's place was superb! We were able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to a long sunny weekend. The view from the terrace is a big plus! If you want to enjoy a place to stay near Annecy, this is the perfect place to stay.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

We arrived after a long hike and felt immediately welcome. Orphée gave clear directions with pictures, so it was easy to find the house and parking spot. The room is small but exactly like in the photos – charming, stylish, and quiet. You can only hear birds singing in the morning, which is lovely. Even without air conditioning, the thick walls kept it pleasantly cool on a warm summer day. The bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly. Our favourite part was the beautiful garden, where we grilled in the evening. Everything was prepared – we didn’t need to bring charcoal or wood. The cozy table with lights and candles made it a magical experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful spacious and very comfortable house. It is located in a quiet and very peaceful environment. Self check-in and check-out, and responsive and available host. We had a great time at this rental. I recommend it without a problem.

We spent 3 nights at Maxime and Nadine's and it went very well. Welcoming, responsive and understanding, they made us feel comfortable and answered each of our questions quickly. The accommodation is clean and functional, the bedding is impeccable and very comfortable and you will find all the amenities mentioned in the listing. The setting is ideal for getting away and recharging. The accommodation is located between Aix-les-Bains and Annecy which allows you to visit many areas of Savoy and get lost in the small villages nearby. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place if you want a quiet place, conducive to rest and discovery of Savoy

A lovely apartment in a beautiful setting - the hosts have thought of absolutely everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The location was great, 5 minutes walk to the centre of town and 20 minutes to the lake.

Very welcoming host, the accommodation was great, good location. Only small downside, garage too narrow to fit the car (duster) and paid parking on the street. Otherwise everything else was perfect. I recommend this host.

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to return on my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We stayed a couple of nights in the apartment. It is a very nice apartment with a lovely balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and meets all needs. Talloires is a lovely village to stay in. We definitely recommend staying here.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is large, clean and functional. We enjoyed the 2 terraces, the proximity to the lake, shops and activities. You can get everywhere on foot. The apartment is really well located.
