It was a real pleasure to stay with Elise and Jean. Their apartment is ultra peaceful and really pleasant to live in, the view with the huge bow window overlooking the sea is magnificent, too nice to sit on the wall and watch the sea (above the radiators in addition, it's too good). Elise and Jean are super nice, very responsive and attentive, I will definitely go back, a huge thank you!

Beautiful, located directly on the seawall. Everything ample in stock, towels, bed sheets, bathroom stuff. More than enough crockery, glassware and cutlery. Very friendly hostess. Apartment is on the first floor. Easily accessible garage. Like most apartments built in the 1970s a bit more noisy depending on the use of neighbors.

We had a really comfortable stay here and the apartment was I. A great location for us.

I stayed for six weeks and can definitely recommend the apartment. It is quite spacious and bright with lots of windows. Various EU institutions are very close and around the corner is a beautiful little park. The water pressure is a bit low in the bathroom. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and would book again.

We just got back from a trip to Europe, staying at a combination of AirBnB’s and hotels, and Catherine’s place in Gent was by far our favorite of the trip. The location was perfect for exploring the area by foot, and was near a tram stop as well which allowed us easy access to the train station for our day trip to Bruges and return to the airport. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and was immaculately clean. Because of the amount of steps to get to the unit (44 I believe), this is not a good option for those with mobility issues— but it worked for us. Lastly, Catherine was a communicative host and I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for accommodations in Gent.

Everything as described and everything you need is available. Nothing was missing, and if so, the host told us several times that we could have told him. We just didn't expect the slightly narrower and steeper staircase to the 2nd floor. However, we did not deal with the Belgian events beforehand, which we could have expected in an older house. Therefore, my really big and correspondingly heavy suitcase was not easy to carry up and down. We found the tranquility in the house and also around it to be very pleasant, at least in the low season. If you are traveling by car, you have a very good opportunity to stay here, prepare something to eat and explore the area and will appreciate your private free parking space around the corner. Thank you to the host couple for your hospitality, even if we did not meet in person. 🫶

The appartement was very nice and very quiet. I loved that part of Brussels and it’s very easy to reach the center of the city.

This place deserves its high guest rating. It is in a quiet location a short walk from the historic centre. It is spacious and stylish and the parking place is a great bonus. Rudy is an excellent host and responded to my questions promptly. Ghent is a beautiful city and I would recommend the city pass.

We have rarely had such a nice accommodation stayed! Super cool house and really so clean, complete and tidy! Exceptional! It is a very nice walk from the accommodation to the historic center and very easy to do. You also have cozy restaurants in the vicinity of the accommodation. Patrick is a particularly energetic, enthusiastic host who has passionately talked about both the home and the area. Highly recommended!

Anwar's place is a very nice home away from home. Everything you'd need + the terras was a very welcome extra. A (evening) supermarket nearby would have been handy for some drinks etc, but we found one on the way back from dining out.

A tastefully furnished and decorated luxury apartment, in a quiet residence and in perfect condition of maintenance. The 32nd floor with two terraces gives you breathtaking views. The sun is there from morning to night. One side sea and the other side of town for breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs in the evening on the sea side, a treat. Linens are provided, up to the combo and slipper, for the shower or hot tub exit. The instructions before departure and arrival were very clear, thank you to Patricia for her warm welcome, discretion and instructions. We had a great weekend with the nice weather. I recommend it. Only downside, will be missing a parking space because be careful, parking on Ostend is very expensive. Thank you again. Christophe.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Nice and quite place to stay .

Despite our adventures, Tito always kept smiling and that welcoming warmth that made us feel good as soon as we arrived. From the mojito to the atmosphere, from the decor to the cleanliness of the accommodation, there is nothing to say but "when are we coming back?"

Excellent stay at Morteza’s duplex. She is an amazing host. Very proactive. When we couldn’t find a parking spot near her entrance she moved her car and offered us her spot. Her kind gesture was very appreciated.
