Monthly Rentals in Brentwood Bay

The Arbutus in Brentwood Bay was the perfect spot for a spring getaway. It was peaceful, clean and well equipped. The colourful decor planted the seed of an idea of where I might like to go next. It was all about vacation, not the do-list back home. Thanks, Paul!

Enjoyed my stay, although it was only for 1 night. It was easy to find because of the Cdn flag on the address post. Beyond the gate was a nice pathway leading to the lower suite. Very nice yard/garden. Once inside I was impressed with the the tasteful furniture & decor. I was very comfortable! Glad to see the extension section of the couch, with having arthritis it was nice to rest on the lounger. The bed was very comfortable also, it was the best sleep I had in the previous nights. The kitchen was well stocked, but unnecessary for me, just used for coffee.~ brought in take-out. The hosts were very helpful & any communication was sent/replied to ~ they very quick to respond. I only stayed 1 night because I needed to catch the Brentwood Bay Ferry in the morning, it was so enjoyable, would have been nice to stay longer! I would stay there again if I'm in that neighborhood. I would highly recommend this suite and the hosts were wonderful!

Wow, I wish there were more stars to give her… Jana is such a wonderful and generous host who went the extra mile to make us feel at home. She provided fresh flowers, fruit, and breakfast items. Her place is immaculate, comfortable, and homey. She gave us suggestions on things to do that we were unaware of, like visiting Abkhazi gardens and tea house. Her place is so convenient to Butchart Gardens, Victoria, and walking distance to waterfront and pub. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We can highly recommend Natalie’s suite. It was just as described and immaculately clean. Some of the extra details that we appreciated included: games and loaner books, soaps for the shower, and a bit of sugar for my tea. Those extras are always welcome :-) Natalie included pictures on the AirBnB site that helped with check-in and parking. She answered our questions promptly via email. We loved the location. Natalie’s home is on a quiet street in a lovely neighbourhood of Brentwood Bay.
