Spa Lodge was a welcome retreat from city life. set in a verdant garden only a short walk from fantastic beaches. we loved every minute of our stay.

Our family of 4 , had a lovely time at the scandi villa. The location is perfect, the villa , clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We hope to return one day .

Beautiful place to unwind! Sadly wasn’t as sunny as we hoped, but the lodge was perfectly cozy. Stunning views and the lodge has everything you could need.

We had the best time at Torvale Cabin. Arriving at the cabin was easy and straight forward, the rooms were immaculate and they have everything you could possibly need. We liked that the hot tub was under cover as we had the typical British weather during our stay and also thought it was great that the BBQ and fire were also under cover so we could make use of these facilities without getting wet!! We brought our dog with us and the little thoughtful touches of dog treats and a ball were lovely. We had a lot of fun playing mini golf and the course was brilliant. You can tell a lot of thought goes into making each stay as relaxing and stress free as possible. We honestly had the best few days staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay, definitely come back again

We loved it , exactly what we needed for a few days . Getting away from our normally hectic work life . Nice and peaceful. we loved the privacy although your right next to the hosts home you’d never know . They’ve set out everything so you are very much in separate space . The hot tub is amazing, perfect for star gazing if you turn off the lights . On arrival Ann-Marie was so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know . Getting to meet the family pets was a bonus too . Honestly can’t recommend it enough. We both agreed we’d definitely return . If you’re looking for somewhere, chilled with beautiful views this is the one . Loved it thanks again .

From even before our stay we felt welcome and looked after. Everything was thought of and nothing too much trouble. Absolutely incredible host, incredible stay and we will be back! Thank you again for everything 🥰

Such a lovely place. Private, spacious and totally connected to nature - felt miles away from home and work! Just what we needed. Loved the layout and the outside private space with jacuzzi. We really enjoyed the Goose Families and various other wildlife right outside. Lovely touch with the bubbles and balloons as we were celebrating two family birthdays and our daughter finishing her SATS 🍾 Really easy to find and access with the instructions, absolutely zero issues. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful break, with plenty to do all around being in the middle of Devon 👌🏻

Hadyn and Caroline were excellent hosts to thier hidden beauty of a cabin which is nestled into the side of an Exmoor Valley. As teachers, we are always looking to get away to unique little properties where we can relax and unwind in nature for a few days and that's exactly what we got at Stone crackers cabin. It's a perfectly rustic cabin that warms up nicely with the fire on and the wood fires bath is a perfect way to unwind after hiking in the surrounding valleys. Thanks for the jam, cake and eggs. All went down nicely. We'll be sure to return again and do some more exploring. Matt and Paul

We wanted a peaceful and comfortable place for a New Years reunion for 5 lifelong friends. We're of an age where warmth and convenience are our goals, and this large, well-appointed and unusual log cabin gave us all these. In the summer, NOATAC would be ideal for those who want the great outdoors, perhaps a younger generation than us, as there is a large garden and decked area. But we still enjoyed a walk or two, even if it was mid-winter! Thanks, Matthew, for a most enjoyable stay.

Huck’s cabin was a real delight. Location was very peaceful, just right after a great day’s walking. Although the property is listed as having no towels, the option to rent some would have been welcome, particularly if (as I was) walking the Two Moors way without support. Other than that a fab place!

Amy organised a basket of toys, wipes and nappies for our youngest which was great. She leant us her rain cover when we had forgotten ours for the buggy! She also invited our boy to play with her kids which he loved! The flowers were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again, very easy and convienient

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

It's a really well-equipped place with all sorts of amenities and a very helpful file of useful and interesting local information. It's a really well located place, very close to a main road for great accessibility but far enough to feel off the beaten track. It's a really beautiful place, with a bluebell-filled wood practically at your front. A wander around the hill fort and the field beyond with it's well designed paths and it's views of stunning Exmoor is a must! And the sunsets are indeed breathtaking. The evening sun glinting on the sea was wondrous. It's a comfortable beautiful place!

Wow! What a beautiful site. We stayed for 2 nights and was immediately hit by how beautiful and well maintained everything is. The cabin overlooks the lake, has everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. We cooked breakfast outside in the mornings overlooking the lake and watching the sunrise. The evenings were cosy spent by the lovely probate forepit. A few minutes stroll you are by the river, where you can wild swim and if you lucky spot a Kingfisher. We did not need to use the honesty shop, but it's well stocked with essentials incase you run out of anything. If you need a bigger supermarket Sainsbury's and Mole Valey is a 25min drive away.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The cabin is clean and well presented and the perfect base from which to see Dartmoor. The White Thorn is only minutes walk up the road, and is well worth a stop for some delicious cider. The hosts are very responsive but equally leave you totally undisturbed during the stay, and they have designed the space with all amenities in mind. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wow, what a lovely cabin in a lovely place, hosts were amazing, everything was so clean, even the dog bed! we were completely left alone after entering the cabin which was perfect, was told not to put my dog on a lead, really lovely place will definitely be returning, couldn't of asked for any more. Had a lovely stay at the cabin for me and my partners anniversary weekend. Was a lovely escape & was surrounded by beautiful scenery. The area was quiet and extremely peaceful. It has everything you need including cooking supplies. Julia was really friendly and responded quickly to any questions. So glad we found this place & would definitely go back!!

We stayed for two nights at the wildfire cabin. The stay was lovely and space was enough for family of four (one infant). Jacky and Tigger was very helpful and clear in the communication. The location is excellent to explore North Devon. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best when we booked, so we like to comeback in summer :)

Abi was a great host and the many little details in the cabin were a lovely touch. It was a quick last minute stay and Abi was very accommodating.

Fantastic cosy cabin, perfect for one or two people! Very pleasant to stay at, warmly decorated and kept in immaculate condition. The kitchenette is just right for the stay that involves mostly dining out and/or bringing leftovers back, with all the morning refreshments provided as well. All the amenities are covered and explained well in provided instructions, too! Placed in the back garden of a very quiet neighbourhood, ideal to come back to for relaxation after a day exploring Devon. The host is very welcoming and the included plenty of local recommendations alongside the cabin use instructions!

This cabin is truly breathtaking, the photos honestly don’t do it complete justice which says a lot! Everything has been well thought out, and the cabin has a lovely rustic feel to it whilst having a few modern comforts as well. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back again for longer!
