Newly built CLEAN house, corner lot with huge fenced backyard. We have a grill and picnic table deck. A very SAFE neighborhood, 10-15 min from downtown & the airport. Close to shopping, parks, and a large baseball diamond. When we say ENTIRE we mean it. Both bedrooms have Queen Beds. Master has an attached bathroom, a TV and, a walk-in closet. Living room has two couches and a coffee table, accompanied by a 60-inch TV. Kitchen is available with ALL needed cookware and Dining Utensils.

My place is close to the airport and right off of interstate I-90.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the family friendly neighborhood.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids),I live in the country so my WIFI is a MIFI JET PACK .. so it’s not perfect so if you need to work or depend on wifi it may not be a good fit unless you have unlimited WIFI . and as of 2022 i am no longer allowing pets.

A peaceful get away everyone in the family enjoyed! Spacious, clean, and inviting space with a hot tub, fire pit, games, and extra large TV...plus horses, chickens, and cats to meet! Stephanie was responsive to every question and answered immediately, with easy instructions and directions. Located a ways out of town but that added to the privacy of the setting.

Kayla is an amazing host! She was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout my stay. I was here for a week during my nursing clinicals, and the neighborhood felt very safe, which was a huge plus. The loft itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-supplied with everything I needed. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family gathered here from far flung places and this house was perfect. Main level bedroom and full bath were great for my aged parents. Half bath on main was also much appreciated. The loft family room was a great second common space so people could have a little separation. We loved watching the bunnies and birds from the outdoor furniture in the fenced back, and while eating at the dining room table. Will definitely stay again on our next trip back to Sioux Falls.
