This was a great find! Would 100% recommend this location for future guests. They had little snacks in the cupboard and bottled water nice and cold in the fridge. Great communication from the hosts!

Great stay! The studio was very clean, quiet, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently close to DC, making it easy to get into the city without the noise. Would definitely stay again!

Chris's place is in a beautiful, sweet, quiet neighborhood full of beautiful homes and a vibrant community. It is very walkable and we had a great time exploring.

Perfect location for a few days in Washington DC. Space is relatively large, and equipped with every comfort (including a washing machine and a dryer!!!). Located in an eclectic neighborhood, about 7 minutes to the nearest subway station. A tip to also use one of the shared bikes or scooters nearby to explore the neighborhood. This way, you can really feel how the neighborhood works!

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful home, so much natural light! Keep in mind that it is up 3 flights of stairs as well as stairs coming from the driveway to the front door. Great area, slightly away from downtown. Sherin was very communicative and a great host!

The place has all the amenities like cooking, great shower, has a washing machine and dryer. Has netflix access so you wont bored. Easy access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We have a great time staying in this place.

We had a truly wonderful stay for two nights with Olu. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The spacious apartment was beautifully maintained, featuring all new appliances in a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and comfy couches that made the space feel extra home-like. The bed was not only super comfortable, but it was also adjustable which added a touch of luxury. I especially loved the nice hot bath I was able to enjoy—such a relaxing way to end a day! Olu was a gracious and thoughtful host, and everything was just as described (if not better). This was the perfect place for my husband Arnold and me to unwind on Memorial Day weekend while visiting friends nearby, and we would absolutely stay again. A beautiful Gem! I enjoyed staying here. Everything was as described. I especially like the apt feel. Nice, quiet and cozy. My host was quick to respond to questions and request. This location is on my star list. Was in town for ministry function. I shared with my friends. Highly recommended.

This place was exactly what we needed for our weekend as a family! We were in town for my little sister’s graduation so the space and location was ideal for us. Ezekiel’s space is as described and very clean. Because everything was so seamless we didn’t interact much but when we did he was polite and accommodating. All in all 10/10 experience. It’s right next to grocery stores and a shopping complex if you need to grab something quickly during you stay. Bonuses: the grill on the deck, the garage for easy offloading and the TVs in every room if you want to have some private/alone downtime. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Above & beyond! The home was in a great spot with an excellent price. Tim was extremely accommodating with our requests and communication was perfect. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs and butter. The cupboards were stocked with staples and all the supplies we needed - toilet soap, shampoo, Kleenex, paper towels, bath towels, snacks, granola bars, etc. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would use again. After losing out on three different rentals we found this house. We were staying the week for our son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t care about being in downtown Annapolis and this place is perfect for some quiet time and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of graduation week. Would recommend this place for everybody. Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It's not difficult to find but the location is kind of secluded. Not much traffic even at the entrance to the neighborhood. The house is furnished comfortably and set up for a group to use. A nice dining area off the kitchen for those times you decide not to go out. The bedrooms are all upstairs so family members who decide to stay up late talking don't disturb those that go to bed earlier! We didn't go into DC this trip but it was an easy drive to downtown Baltimore to walk around the harbor and go to a craft/farmer's market. All-in-all, a great place to stay in Laurel. I'll definitely look to see if it is available the next time we are in the area.

Our stay at Occaquan was peaceful, relaxing, and very much needed. Arriving to the parking lot was a breeze, only because if John's specific instructions to find it, that was very much appreciated after a long drive. Walking into the place, first impression, looks just like the picture. The very next thought, "how cute is this". From the beautiful window behind the couch with a lovely tree to watch birds in to the cozy feeling of being in a familiar place. This place is quiet, surrounded with beautiful historic scenery, and has many local shops and vendors to spend an afternoon exploring. We walked down to the park by the water way and learned some history while soaking up the sun and the breeze of nature. I absolutely recommend John's place for a stay. I know I will be returning for a simple, relaxing get away, once again! Thank you John for everything!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

This listing is just as good as advertised, with a convenient location close to popular spots throughout the DMV area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated the free on-site parking. The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with modern gadgets that made the stay even more comfortable.
