Monthly Rentals in Bothashoek

We really enjoyed our stay in the incredibly beautiful apartment. Eugene is an insanely friendly host, he gave us great recommendations every day. In our cottage he fetched us wood himself and made fire in the fireplace to help us. The breakfast is truly the best in the valley, the bar is absolutely lovely. From the porch we had a perfect view of the sunset in the valley. For us the nights in the cottage were dreamlike and we would come back anytime.

If you are after a peaceful break away from city life I would highly recommend this place! No signal, peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings and accommodation that lacked nothing! We will definitely be back! High ground clearance is a must to get in in one piece.

Daleen is a wonderful, warm and friendly hostess. She instantly made us feel right at home in her beautifully decorated and perfectly located Airbnb. Overall our stay at Ploughman’s Rest was very pleasant. The breathtaking mountains around Ploughman’s Rest and its beautiful landscape garden made it a tranquil experience.
