Vacation rentals with beach access in Boscobel

Curtis was always responsive with my enquiries, his place was lovely and clean and as described and was perfect for my stay, the location was great, just a stroll away from the town centre of ochi, a bit of a steep hill to enter the apartments but otherwise than that, absolutely perfect for me.

this apartment is in a very quite community on the main road. you have access to ochio rios one way and boscobel in the other direction for more of a local and cheaper pricing on goods and service. this is now my second home. Ms. Deborah and Ms. Jennifer are amazing. thank you Ms. Deborah for everything.

Ainsley was always quickly responsive to any queries during the stay, the rain out of the hosts hands caused a slight issue that Ainsley and the caretaker chappy handled quickly and efficiently. Chappy was super friendly and helpful and on hand to help with any queries. Nice home away from home stay, close to white river and a short walk or car/taxi ride from Main Street ochi and close to mahogany beach. Thank you Ainsley and Chappy.

Monique's place was a wonderful experience ,will definitely visit again. The surrounding is peaceful,rooms are clean,the view is breathtaking.

I’m happy I chose this location. Very quiet and peaceful.The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle- free. The location was perfect with all the attractions nearby and convenient. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Stafford's property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay we will definitely be back!!

The views from this Airbnb were absolutely breathtaking! The place was very clean, and the balcony was incredible—a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The pool was just a short walk away and was both clean and beautiful. However, unless you have a car, I don’t know if I would recommend staying here. The walk from the property to the main street is very long and steep, with a downhill slope going out and an uphill climb with lots of steps coming back. It’s quite challenging, especially if you’re not in great shape. However, the stunning views almost make up for the difficult walk. If you have a car, this place would be absolutely perfect! Without one, we found ourselves staying put more than we would have liked due to the strenuous walk.

The Airbnb was an absolute gem! The space was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. The owner was a delight, very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. 5 stars all around!

Wow, this AB&B from Mr. Dean was a dream stay! From the moment we walked in, we felt like we’d stepped into a little slice of paradise and tranquility. The house was a perfect blend of cozy charm and modern comfort, with every corner beautifully styled as the seen in the picture to create an inviting atmosphere. The views were breathtaking. We woke up each morning to stunning sunrises right from the bedroom window, and by night, the patio offered a serene spot to relax with a glass of wine under the stars. It was the perfect tranquil setting for an escape from the usual hustle and bustle of Ohio Rios and surrounding cities. And let’s talk about the amenities! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and more) to whip up some homemade meals. The beds were ultra-comfortable, and the attention to detail was that the next level of local drinks made us feel completely at home. The location was ideal, too! We were close enough to Dunns River, Ocho Rios, to explore local restaurants

I stayed at Tanika's home for 2wks. First ,let me say the house is exactly as the pictures displayed with beautifully landscaped garden surroundings. The house is very clean and fully equipped with all you need. All windows are mosquitoes and insect proof, which is a big thing for me and the kids as we do not like crawlies. At night the kids kept themselves busy with the in-house games provided. There is also a hot tub, which is cleaned daily and a balcony if you want to see the ocean view. The area is very safe and the security guards at the gate were very polite and professional. The location is within close proximity of local attractions in Ocho Rios, supermarket, entertainment, business and highway 2000. And last but not least Tanika is a brilliant host, from the get-go Tanika was very responsive and flexible, and there to help with anything we needed. I felt I was home, away, from home. Thank you for hosting me and my family Tanika, Will be back soon.

Loved my stay - Kameka’s place was amazing - gated community and very peaceful . 2 min drive from ochi town . Spacious rooms and living space ! would recommend staying to anyone looking to feel at home .

I recently stayed at Olga’s place and it was an incredible stay! From the moment I arrived , I felt welcomed and at home. The check in process was seamless and Olga was extremely responsive. My friend & I loved our stay so much. The private beach was beautiful. The pool was very clean and the bedrooms & bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Most of all,this stay wouldn’t have been complete without Ms.Vicky. Her food was DELICIOUS!!!!! She was so kind & thoughtful. We wanted to take her with us honestly. Would definitely stay again 😊

I stay at this airbnb for a couple nights, and trust me it was amazing 10 out of 10.

Max was an excellent and responsive host. She worked with us allowing us to come a day early since our plans had changed. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen was loaded for those who like to cook. The bed was comfortable. We loved the open airy feeling of the space and being so close to the sea was a joy. We highly recommend this location if you’re planning a trip to Ocho Rios.

Keri's place is exactly as described with all the fitting you could desire for a short (or even extended stay) with folks requiring their own space. Herself and cohost Courtney were proactive and clear in their instructions (great for sometimes forgetful folks like myself) as well as accommodating to requests. The space was incredibly comfortable and we loved the access to the patio, shared garden, pool and nearby beach. Be prepared for some steps/change in level and a bit of a walk between spots.

Great and clean place very relaxing. Hosts are very friendly, very easy and quickly in responding to guests all in all you feel home away from home nice. Great place to be with family.

This was so like the pictures. Suggestions would be to have a dresser or rack to put folded clothes on in the bedroom. The food at the bar was good. Could use some lounge chairs at the pool. Advise about one of the stools kept lowing when sat in made it hard to eat at the counter. Over all experience was great would definitely book again or at any other property he manages.
