Our weekend was an absolute dream! The chalet is beautifully and quietly located. It feels like your own little winter paradise. The furnishings are tip-top and modern. Bettina responded super quickly to all messages at all times and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We'd love to come back and highly recommend the chalet!

We stayed there for 5 days with a dog. Very nice and really clean apartment. Great restaurant with very good food and a variety of drinks selection. Very nice and always available hosts with great excursion tips. We'll be back for sure, haven't even come through the beer selection yet:)

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

Amazing place to stay. We loved everything about it, and the host was very responsive and accomodating. The way in was a little muddy but that's to be expected for such a location, so take into consideration when traveling there, take appropriate shoes.

We felt completely comfortable at Vaclav's place. At check-in, he showed us everything in detail and gave us very good tips for excursions and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and we didn't lack anything in the kitchen. We were paddling on the Otava, hiking and looking at some of the many sights in the immediate area. We particularly liked the beautiful dreamy villages in the Bohemian Forest. We had a very nice time at Vaclav, with his friendly and cosmopolitan manner, and can highly recommend his place. The apartment is a nice size and good facilities. Bathroom is modern with a large shower head. Zita is a friendly host, I felt right at home. Also had good tips for gastronomy and excursions. I highly recommend it, had a good time there.

We booked both rooms with Nicole at short notice for one night. A very large light accommodation with plenty of space and its own small terrace corner. We had the apartment to ourselves. Nicole is very personable, attentive and caring. I am happy to recommend it.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is about a 30-minute walk to downtown, but the bus stop for lines 5, 6 and 7 are very close. A bakery and a supermarket are also within walking distance. The apartment is located in a peaceful area.
