Townhome vacation rentals in Bo Phut Beach

It’s been such a pleasure staying in Bayside Villa. Claire has been very responsive before I arrived, she helped me having better idea of the facilities in the property, electricity usage policy, and provided required information when I needed to submit my TDAC. The house is over all perfect, gorgeous ocean view with very limited mosquitoes. I guess maybe it’s because the house was painted white so they don’t like it. The edgeless pool is so nice that me and my family took turns jumping in and playing. We used the kitchen a lot and there are plenty and various spice prepared. Thank that so we could make some seafood dishes at home! Also before I came I heard it might be a concern the island using water quality was not so good, so I brought a filter with me just I case. However actually the tap water is pretty much alright! They must have a good water filter installed. Also the fridge provides filter drinking water. Overall, it can be the best choice for a family trip down to Koh Samui!

My family and I just spent 6 nights at Michel's place and absolutely loves it. While the location is away from the main tourist areas like Chaweng and Fisherman's Village market, we preferred it that way. Yes, it is right on the main road of the island but the street noise did not bother us at all since it's a quieter area. The two restaurants nearby on the beach are both fabulous and we frequently ate at both. The apartment does show signs of wear but none of which bothered us. The private plunge pool was a favorite of ours and the kids loved having a way to cool off at any time. I'd definitely recommend this apartment to families who prefer ..

We had a really enjoyable stay at this villa. The property is spacious, well-kept, and offers stunning ocean views, making it a great place to unwind. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. The location is ideal—secluded enough for peace and quiet, yet still close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff from Myanmar were incredibly kind and accommodating, always making sure we had what we needed. The host, Brouillard, was very responsive throughout our stay and it was a pleasure chatting with him in French. Having a private driver made a huge difference, making transport effortless, and the bike rental service, delivered directly to the house, was a great convenience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and amenities. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized experience in Koh Samui.

I have stayed at Benjamins place a few times, he is always responsive when I need something. The townhouse is great, roomy and has a community pool, gym, sauna on location. Will be back.

I totally recommend this place! The host was very kind and helpful! Always responsive! The place itself is well maintained and convenient. I spend approx 2 weeks there and I’d have spent more. Good value for money.

Beautiful and modern apartment in a very nice location. Kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms are super nice. The pool is clean and the water temperature is perfect. Would stay here again :)

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa in Koh Samui. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful—even before our arrival, he reached out to offer support and was always quick to respond to any questions or needs during our stay. It made us feel really welcome and taken care of. The villa itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The private pool is a dream, and the views from the property are breathtaking. One of the best parts was how close it was to a gorgeous, quiet beach that felt almost like a hidden gem. The whole experience was truly relaxing and luxurious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

The place is wonderful. The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We received it clean and well-organized. The complex is also nice. The pool is very deep, so I couldn’t stay in it for long or be in it with my baby, but aside from that, the complex is great. There’s a free shuttle to the beach and the main street, which was really convenient.

A fabulous & spacious villa with a nice little enclosed garden & access to a large shared pool. Communication with Tim & John was great. Boom & New organised a very reasonably priced taxi & quickly fixed a small problem. Well-situated - a short walk down the hill to Fisherman's Village. KOB = Delicious, fresh food. Mini Big C & 7-Eleven walkable. Well-appointed: both washer and separate dryer + dishwasher. The kitchen drawers are full, enabling easy self-catering. Also oil, salt, pepper & herbs/spices. Free snacks provided. Useful extras, eg umbrellas and hats. Showers powerful & hot Decor = modern & funky. 2x lounge areas + Smart TVs; 3x ensuite bedrooms incl bath in master. There are lots of dogs in the area, & they can bark in the night if disturbed, plus the market in the temple has music playing until quite late. However, it wasn't a huge problem. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week staying in Sundays. A thoroughly recommended villa stay in beautiful Samui. 😍

We booked this place last minute and were genuinely surprised. We had 6 people stay, and it was plenty of space for all of us. The house was comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and it just had a great feel. The location was perfect, easy walk (2 min) to the beach and 10 min to Big Buddha where there were lots of restaurants. This place was great value for money, especially given the size and the location. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for us as close to the beach and sea which was beautiful. Pretty surroundings and we loved eating at hug Samui a little walk along the beach. Quiet area which we wanted. The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The steps going up could be slippery when wet so we were careful. We loved the outside lounge area and the little private pool was much bigger then I thought and we loved it. We did not meet Roberto personally but were looked after by other representatives. Very happy with our stay here.

Great place, everything is very clean and feels very new, very nice and peaceful area too. Eric was very helpful, kind and extremely responsive if we ever needed anything. Would 100% go again!

We felt very comfortable with Tania and were very warmly received at the first meeting. The apartment was very centrally located surrounded by several restaurants and at the same time a few meters walk from the beach. Tania offered us directly that we could borrow her scooter, which we did, even beyond our stay with her, this was possible and everything went totally uncomplicated. She even brought our luggage to the next place so we could still spend the day after checkout with the scooter. A really great hostess. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would come back any time!

Beautiful house - really spacious (much bigger than looks on the pictures) - and lovely, modern decor. There was everything that we needed. The pool area was really nice too. Also, there's a nice bakery/ cafe 5 mins walk away and some local supermarkets. The beach with loads of restaurants is an easy 15 mins walk. Would also recommend "My cafe and restaurant" which is very close and was so nice we went twice. David also has some local Thai people who helped with organising transfers, which was great. The only point I'd mention is that there is a pack of (friendly!) stray dogs that live close to the apartment. They were not a problem at all, but I bring it up in case you are nervous around dogs. Overall a brilliant apartment and fantastic value for money. Would stay again.

tranquil great villa. electricity and water costs 3600 baht per 2 weeks. The conder was not turned on much, the lights were also small. You need to take a bike. On the main road on the left and right there is a bike rent 250 baht a day 150 ss Yamaha. take for the entire period. Without a bike there is heavy. The pool is good but requires renovation. I was very pleased with the large smart TV in the main hall. Internet is good. There are lots of board games and toys in the closet at the entrance. Cleaning at the highest level. In the shower, the pressure is weak but sufficient. The washing machine is good. The kitchen is separate - all appliances,dishes, dishwasher, huge refrigerator. Garbage is taken out every day - very convenient. There was often a pool cleaner.
