We live right next door to this cozy little house, which we have renovated from top to bottom. It's all new: new paint, carpets, windows, cabinets, appliances and bathroom fixtures. It would be great for individuals, couples, or small families who need a base camp for visiting beautiful San Juan County. Coming to Blanding for business? Bring the family. They'll have a homey place to hang out, cook, and relax while you work. Then spend evenings and weekends hiking and exploring SE Utah. .

Arbor House
The Arbor house is a 400 square foot, 1 bedroom guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to the house. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. We are just outside the city limits (by 100 feet) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and hardy shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of Southeast Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

Outside is a covered patio with table and chairs. There is parking located on the side of each unit with private entrance.
