Fantastic place! Host is very quick to respond to questions and is always helpful. Beautifully spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with all necessary kitchen accoutrements. Great location in the middle of the island with easy access to both the East and West end beaches and restaurants; Crocus Bay (and Calvin) is practically in the backyard! Close to several well-stocked grocery stores. Walking distance to good local restaurants and food trucks. Great property full of fruit trees and vines. Off of main roads, very easy to find, with parking right by the front door. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hidden gem of an apartment. I know that I’ll be happy to return.

My husband and I returned to stay at Patsys Seaside Villa after last being there 12 years ago with my aging parents and a couple of siblings. Our welcome there was so warm and inviting and we felt like we had come home again! We knew the family that owns and runs the Villa from 60 years ago, so they are dear friends! Knowing that they had experienced hurricane Erma some years ago, we didn’t know how their buildings had survived. Everything looked amazing and even better than before! Lisa toured us through the suite we had stayed in last time, and it was so inviting and beautifully redecorated! We loved our stay there and will only stay at Patsys when we return to Anguilla!
